Respected Sir,
My Father in Law is an advocate by education but doesn't practice but very influential (he does unofficial money laundering and owns lots of property like shopping complex, two house and a school building) and has been filing all sorts of false cases on me and my family including IPC #498A, 307, DV, IT Act, suit for Injunction in Family Court. Since last two year we are going through hell harassment.
atleast I want complain about it in State Bar Council,
May I request experts here following,
1) Should I need to complain at State Barc council, where he has enrolled or Should I complain at Bar Council of India or at Both ?
2) Can some one guide me or provide me points on how to draft this complaint, so that it is not rejected and appropriate action is taken

I joined in a government job 0n 07-feb-2007. I passed department exams in 3 years. I also availed 9 months extra ordinary leave from june-2007 to Mar-2008. My probationery period was declared on nov-2009.
Kindly clarify on the following:
1) Is there any change in the seniority
2) Does it affect on my promotional chances due 16(H)?

My wife filed a false police complaint followed by a DV case when I refused to pay the amount she wanted for a divorce. Under the guidance of my lawyer I filed for a divorce and the case is in mediation. My questions are :-
1. How trust worthy are the mediators. ( they keep asking me to pay more money)
2. My wife was working and quit her job well after filing all these charges. I assume her next step is filing for maintenance. How can I protect my self as I earn very well and I presume this may be a tactic to get my income out. Is she even eligible for maintenance.
3. I have been harassed every step of the way and it doesn't seem to stop. Should I just pay up and put an end to this?
4. Do I have other options?

Sir my dept lodge an fir against me under section 406,409,420 . I am just 24 years old I have opportunities to go for higher posts but due to jealous my officer do this. Now I want to know can I go for new govt job and apply for them. As my service is in mp and I am resident of up. And working here only from 1 year. Suggest me what can I do to secure my career so it does not affect.

respected lawyers my lawyer is from high court parrys chenai and my case going to held in ponamallee court on 29-9-2015 .in this case my lawyer completely on my parents side and i opposing my case becos i want to live with my hubby and he too.if my hubby proceed strong video evidence ((that is my parent said my daughter i give you )) and fight between my parents and my hubby's parents.here my hubby's parents are requesting me to come there home where my parents not allowing.if this video given as evidence in court what the court decides .i am so afraid what going to happen on tuesday.my lord the god as to help me .please lawyers i m under pressure what to do now.i dont know how to react.please help me

my husband did not made any will.flat in Maharashtra is on his name.I am paying property tax every year.I have a minor son as well.pls tell the procedure and documentation to transfer property in my name

I have been soon charge sheeted for minor clerical and technical mistakes under Medical termination of pregnancy law.The raid on my hospital was done by Tahsildar from revenue department.The collector has ordered the raid which was unethical and not as per code of conduct.The collector,tahsildar has no powers of raid any hospital under MTP Law.There are no charges of illegal abortion/female feticide or any complication in abortion. Can I go to High court for writ petition and under which articals?

A Loan against property was taken by my father in 2009. We just paid two installments. My father had problem of High Diabetes, so we could not able to repay the loan installments. Therefore bank issued a notice under SARFEASI and We have submitted an application for One Time Settlement with all documentary evidences related to my father’s sensitive health. Bank manager advised us to appear in a meeting to be held for settlement of unpaid loans. We explained our financial position and the sensitive stage of my father’s health to the chairman of the bank, in the meeting. Then, after considering the facts he settled our loan for a certain amount with a condition of deposition of the same by 31st March 2014. He assured us that your loan account will be closed and mortgaged documents will returned to you soon. Branch Manager was present at the time of settlement. According to the settlement we deposited the commited amount within time. After that, we met Branch Manager so many times to close our loan account and return our mortgaged papers. But, neither the loan account is closed nor the mortgaged papers are returned to us till today. We write to the chairman of the bank to take action in this regard. But all in vain. We shocked when Branch issued a notice for recovery of said loan within 15 days, by defaulting which further proceedings will be initiated. After 15 days the officials of Branch placed a Possession Notice outside our house. Sir Please provide a solution if any thing can be done in this regard.

in a criminal case of IPC 308, charges have been framed, now the opponent party on whom charges are framed is pressurizing me to withdraw the case. Opponent Party is intruding in my and my family members personal life by having our call details, approaching our offices to create nuisance, calling at our office landlines phones and giving threats.
I want to know
a. his all such activities are covered under Cyber Crime ?
b. If so, then how the FIR is booked and under which sections of IPC ? Can it be done online or I have to approach Police Station ?
c. by getting FIR booked will this be of any help to me in proceedings of IPC 308 case on which he is currently on bail.

technical resignation
Sir,
I joined department of posts on 13th July 2010.I have recently been given conditional appointment in up basic education department with time of 10 days to join I.e up to 30th sep 2015.I took permission from my department before applying in 2013. I want to give technical resignation. But my superintendent is saying. There is no such provision in our department. I won't give u technical resignation. Also no 1 month prior notice you have given so resignation is also not possible. But I got my appointment letter on 21st sep 2015 only.kindly help me what should I do
