My father has made a will in my name, but it is not being registered it is only written by his hand on 100 rs stamp paper and it is notarized by advocate do i need it to probate the will we had a shop and it is situated in Thane Maharashtra and what is the procedure to probate the will

Hi,
There was a complaint file against me in the police station. Section 420. This was a false complaint by a person know to me who stabbed me in my back after.
1) I had applied for an anticipatory bail which was guarnteed.
2) the complaint was not registered until than was registered after i filed for the anticipatory which my lawyers asked me to do for getting rid from police harassment
3)after that there is no news. There has been no call from the police station.
4) Its been 1yr now. I want to know is there any time limit to file the chargesheet in the court.As have not received any summons from the court.
5)I would also like to know whether it would create a problem for me to apply for passport or in my travel in foreign countries.

Flat/shop in jont name（husb n wife）Nomination made by both to daughter n son. Husband expires. wife second joint holder wants flat/shop on her exclusive name. Queries: 1) can soc allows on her name 2) Nominees son n daughter have to give NOC to mother. 3) Can Husband and wife make nominations for one another being joint holder prior deceased.
Experts replies will further add to my my knowlege n clarity.

In our building our landlord has occupied the whole terrace and has made room in which he is operating a commercial business from there. He also has made washroom on the terrace which is not in the originl plan. He has put up a very heavy hoarding on the building which in my opinion is very dangerous becoz the building is very old more than 65 years. There has been no structural audit done of thw building. More than this he has put up mobile antennas on the building without the consent of all the tenants. He also does not share any of the earnings from the advertisemnet as well as the mobile towers but if he makes any expense in regard to the building he collects the same from all tenants. Pls advice

Dear Sir
I live in mumbai in a pagdi system. I am renovating my house. We have replacing old Windows wood with new sliding windows. We had extended grill 12 inches from the actual windows. We are facing problem from the landlord for the extension. He is threatening to stop my work and asking for money for the extension. What rights do landlord have..can he stop my work or ask for money in regard to this.
