sir i met with an accident on 29 aug 2015.my car hit the lorry back tyres. Major damage happened to my car and heavy bleeding from my wife's forehead.Treatment was carried out by myself no one helped me.FIR was filed against lorry driver under sec 337.after 30 days lorry owner called me asking me money for his lorry damage as insurance claim is failed.In this police is helping that lorry owner.
in this case what could be the consequences and is there a possibility of filing FIR against me

Sir as I am going to file a summary suit for recovery of money on the basis of bounced cheques.I have come to know that the proposed defendant is going to sell his property as soon as possible.Now with the filing of summary suit what is the option with me to prevent the proposed defendant from creating any third party interest on his property till final disposal of my suit ? As if the property is disposed of then there will be no use of filing case.

How can I file a case against hospital for neglegence surgery and foreign object left behind in body. It was removed after a year by another hospital. Inspite of visiting hospital frequently for injury recovery issue.
Is it possible to get compensation in India. We had already spent 12-14 lac on hospital expenses.
Hope you suggest on this?

NOW BANK IS SAYING THAT WE WILL TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME IF I DO NOT REFUND.

मेरी शादी एक साल पहले जुलाई में हुई थी. शादी के पहले से ही में और मेरे हस्बैंड एक दूसरे को पसंद करते थे. इसके लिए मेरे परिवार की सहमति थी पर इनके परिवार की नहीं. मैं उनसे कभी नहीं मिली. मेरे माता पिता उनसे बात करने गए तो उन्होंने पहली बार उन्हें इग्नोर किया फिर जब मेरे हस्बैंड ने मेरे माता पिता से कहा की वो मुझसे ही शादी करेंगे बिना उनकी परिवार की सहमति के तब भी मेरे माता पिता ने उन्हें समझाया. फिर जब इनके माता पिता ने सहमति दी तब फिरसे मेरे माता पिता इनके घर गए और उन्होंने भी अच्छा बर्ताव किया. २०१२ में हमारी शादी तय हो गयी थी पर किसी कारणवश रुक गयी उसके बाद इनके माता पिता इस शादी की खिलाफ हो गए और में भी इतनी डिप्रेस हो गयी की मैंने भी बात करना इनसे बंद कर दी फिर कुछ समय बाद हमारी बात हुई और चार साल बाद हमने शादी की. ये मेरे स्वयभाव से भली भाति परिचित थे. मैं एक ओपन माइंडेड लड़की हु और इंडिपेंडेंट वर्किंग गर्ल रही हु. मेरे माता पिता भी कोन्सेर्वटिवे टाइप नहीं है ये सब जानते थे और मेरे इसी स्वयभाव को ये पसंद भी करते थे. हमारी शादी बिना किसी लेन देन के हुई है. ये मेरी तरफ से पहले ही इन्हे पता था की हम लेन देन में विश्वास नहीं रखते और इन्होने भी मेरे सिवाय कुछ लेने से मन किया था. हमारी शादी बिना इनके परिवार की मर्ज़ी से हुई पर शादी में अचानक इनकी माँ और बहने आई और आते ही पुरानी बातें निकलने लगी और ये भी कहा की उन्होंने किसी को हमारी पत्रिका किसी पंडित को दिखा कर पता किया है की हमारा दो साल में डाइवोर्स हो जायेगा और मुझे भी सुन्दर न दिखने ताना दिया मेरे परिवार के सामने.पर हम सब उस वक़्त चुप रहे. शादी के बाद हम दोनों के बीच अच्छा चल रहा था हम खुश थे इतने साल बाद फाइनली हमारी शादी हो गयी और हम साथ थे. फिर जब इनके माँ हमारे साथ कुछ समय के लिए रहने आई और मुझे मराठी भाषा नहीं आती तो वो टूटी फूटी हिंदी में मुझसे बात करती और मैं भी थोड़ी बहुत मराठी समझती हु पर पूरी तरह नहीं. ये मेरे हस्बैंड से अकेले में बात करती थी और उनसे कहती थी की तुझे इससे भी अच्छी लड़की मिल जाती उनके यहां कितना कुछ शादी में मिलता है वो उन्हें नहीं मिला सब पूछते है तो वो क्या दिखाए. और ये सब मेरे हस्बैंड ने मुझे बताया है और बाद में कहा की में उन्हें समझा दिया. वो मुझे किसी न किसी बात के बहाने ये जताती थी उनके यहाँ शादी में लड़की वाले कितना करते है लड़के वालों के लिए. और ये भी कहा की उनके बेटे के लिए कितनी सुन्दर लड़कियों के रिश्ते आये और वो बहुत कुछ देने को भी तैयार थे पर इनको मुझसे ही शादी करनी थी इसलिए छोड़ दिया. मैंने इस तरह कई बार बहुत सी बातें इग्नोर की की धीरे धीरे सब ठीक हो जायेगा. पर अब स्तिथि बिगड़ गयी है. अब इन्हे मेरे स्वयभाव से परिशानी होने लगी है हम दोनों अपने परिवार से अलग रहते है इनकी नौकरी की वजह से. पर अब छोटी छोटी बात में गलतियां निकालके अपने घर में मुझे सुनवाते है. की में इनका ध्यान नहीं रखती. मुझे बात नहीं करते सुबह से रात हो जाती है ऑफिस से आने के बाद भी हमारी कोई बात नहीं होती मैंने कारण पूछा तो कुछ जवाब नहीं देते. ये बात जब मेरे माता पिता को पता चली तो उन्होंने आके इनसे पूछा तब भी कोई सटिस्फॅक्टरी आंसर नहीं दिया. में डिप्रेस हो गयी थी में इनके साथ रहना चाहती थी पर इन्होने मुझे अलग होने के कहा की तुम अपने पेरेंट्स के घर जाओ और वही रहो और जॉब करो में अब नहीं रह सकता. नहीं तो में ऐसेही चुपचाप रहूँगा कोई बात नहीं करूँगा और मुझे फ़ोर्स किया की में सबके सामने स्वक्चा से अलग होना स्वीकार कर लू. पर मैंने नहीं किया. बहुत बात बढ़ने की वजह से मेरी माँ मुझे कुछ समय के लिए अपने घर ले आई और ताकि सब थोड़ा ठंडा हो जाये और दोनों को सोचने का मौका मिले और फिरसे हम एक हो जाये पर ऐसा नहीं हुआ, अपने माता पिता के घर आने के बाद मैंने उनसे बात करने की कोशिश की तो मुझपर घर छोड़कर जाने का दोष लगाते रहते है. मैंने वापस लौटकर आने की बात कही तो हमारा किराये का मकान छोड़कर अपने किसी दोस्त के साथ रहने चले गए. मुझे वापस भी नहीं बुलाते है और अब मेरा फ़ोन भी नहीं उठाते है. इस बीच इनके परिवार वालों ने भी कोई बात नहीं की अब तक मुझसे. मैं क्या करू मेरे कारण मेरे घरवाले परेशान हो रहे है मैं वापस जाना चाहती हु पर मुझे नहीं पता ये कहाँ रहते है और इनसे पूछती हु तो ये नहीं बताते.

I live in aligarh my grand father have not left any will and he ha left a house my father is 1brother and 1 sister to whom we do not have any relation now and we are two brothers where i am employed and my brother is still studing and now we want to transfer that house to my grand mother name . So what will be the procedure and is it necessary for the confirmation of her.

If a criminal case is under trial in a district court, can the accused in revenge file a case on different matter on the petitioner hiding the previous case which is going on against him?
Does these cases, which are filed in contrary to a previous case, are accepted by court or not?
How to get it quashed by high court?

sir i invested 10 lacs with one of my known with 1 year time limit with agrement on 100 rs stamp paper. he issued me a cheque of 1280000. when I present these cheques it got bounced. he assure me to pay money but every time he gave me a new date i have recording for this in my phone. now its more than 2 years time but no money received from him. even now he is not picking up my phone. I borrow that money from my friends n relatives now they are forcing to pay me that money. plz let me know how can i get that money. i have agreement copy,bounced cheque and recording of conversation with him. plz help me i m also mently disturbed since last 2 years. my mob no is 9560854949.

I handed over my end-of-life passenger car for scrapping to the mechanic, who had serviced my car for the last 4 years, with the express understanding that I must have some document that the car had been scrapped at the Mayapuri Scrap Yard in Delhi failing which the car must be returned to me. It has been one and a half months till date that the mechanic has failed to produce any document but insists that it has been scrapped. Exasperated I have given him an ultimatum that in the next one week if my demand goes unheeded I would report the matter to the police as I fear that the car may be misused if not scrapped. Please advise.

Sudden closing of branch
Sir I worked in a reputed mnc company as Branch Manager for 3 1/2 year's as permanent employee, but suddenly company authorised persons told us that they are in a process of closing the branches, so we need to convince customers from our side in closing all accounts and if we help them quickly in closure of account's they would provide alternate job, we did as per their guidance. But one fine day they called all of us, hr manager along with state head and area manager called us individually asked us to sign a document saying they will not be able to provide alternate job for us.okay they paid us three months advance salary, this happened in January 2015, but many of us didn't get job till now. Is it really possible to remove permanent employee... Now is it possible to file a suit
