Sir, Thanks so much. Kindly only clarify whether we need to refer points or paras of petition or Evidences Affidavit EA, which one is generally pointed in written arguments or points/paras can be from both petition or EA?

An affidavit need not be attached to the written arguments. In written arguments you can include all those incidences taken place during proceedings i.e., depositions of witnesses of both the sides in the main case as well as in the interlocutory applications, exhibits, citations etc., if you are not able to prepare the argument take the assistance of a local advocate for this.
