After the last GBM,Newly elected vice president took my resignation letter from me, Without my consent. And kept the same in his pocket. After One day on enquiring about my resignation letter. He told me that the same has been destroyed by him.
Please advise me what can be done under U.P.Apartment act 2010.

hi my father is a tenant of a shop since 1995. since the year 2004 none of the owners of the shop have approached us for collecting rent.. or any such other matter, the lady who owned the shop is dead and now her legal heirs are present but they haven't approached us for rent and they are not having cordial relations amongs themselves , we have been in continous and open possession of the shop since 1995 so is it possible that by virtue of section =27 of limitation act we can claim ownership over the shop by way of adverse possession? it's been more than 12 years since the non collection of rent and our continuous and open possession . the property is in delhi

The M.M compelling complainant to withdraw her DV matter although the Matter U/s 489A is still going on in her court . Complainant is not willing to withdraw her DV matter till other criminal cases are proceeding .

I applied for passport for my wife, 48 year old, at PSK Delhi. She has less than 5 class in education and does not possess any certificate. For date of birth, she submitted affidavit in prescribed format duly attested by notary. On appointment day, passport office insisted that notarized affidavit they will not accept, and required to re-submit with Magistrate signature.
My query is that are they have authority to reject notarized affidavit. As per ministry circular it is acceptable.
Thanks in advance.
