Sir,
A leaves behind his legal heirs B, C, D & E. Before his death he makes a will in favour of B which is unregistered. Now B wants to file a succession petition for equal share of all B C D & E in amount lying in bank account of A.
1. Is there any needs to mention about that unregistered Will in succession petition?
2. Is it must to mention in succession petition that deceased died intestate?

If one file RTI against bank to know the transaction details, where does it took place. Will the bank answerable to it and in how much time.
What if bank does not provide with the deatils in the prescribed time limit.

About fifteen years ago, my wife was staying with me and my two children. At that time, when I went to office, she immediately dressed up well and made good makeup and left the house leaving both the children alone daily. I discovered that she was involved in prostitution. When I made question about it to her, she left the house in my absence and did not return back. After 4-5 months, she lodged a F.I.R. u/s 498A and 406 blaming nine persons of my family for Dowry and torture and a maintenance case u/s 125 against me. Please note that she is a practicing lawyer in Delhi Courts now. At the time of charge framing in the F.I.R. u/s 498A and 406, 8 persons except me were not charged by the court and the case is going on. Now, I found in porn websites, lots of naked photos and sex movies had been uploaded by her friends/customers. I think all these films were prepared by her customers by using spy camera and were loaded on porn sites and getting a good money from the sites. Can any action be taken by me legally against my wife and her customers as these films and photos are deteriorating my reputation in the society as I am a wellknown professional and till date, there is no divorce between me and my wife but we have not met each other since last 13 years?

I hv to get my passport done, I m seperated since 4 years, my husband given me divorce notice 8 mts before. But my divorce deed is still nt completed. I need to get annexure K. Who will b able to help me on this. I m running around courts frm past 3 days magistrate / executive magistrate is nt ready to even listen to us properly. Everyone r saying they don't hv power, I need to know who is called as executive magistrate coz when I went to magistrates they r telling us to meet executive magistrates. Pls help me.

If someone file a case sec 9 to back his wife and in reply wife family file a case of dowery and domestic voidance. In that condition , will husband have benefits?

1. does an agriculture land which come under nagar nigam does not require to be changed into residential land for house construction.
2. does an agriculture land which i have bought and have dakhil kharij in my name needs land conversion for making house.

Hello sir/ ma' am
My father was hit by a car. He was in two wheeler and his both leg fractured, one is already operated and fitted with implants.
Their is chance of operation for other leg.
We were in a traumatic situation.
I filled case against the car driver. He seems to be from powerful family as his father mentioned about his political contacts.
My father's age is 57 years and he is retired. He was looking for a job after retirement. He was the only source of our income. I am unemployed as I am a student.
I registered a case against the driver, who was a young boy. Police Registered it under 279 and 338 ipc but it has been one week from the day I filled the FIR and no one from the police station came for my father statement.
Kindly suggest me what to do further.
