Dear experts, if divorce case is filed by a woman and they have only one child(girl) near about 1 year and both parties claim for child then what is Judement about child from judge and which factors are kept in mind by judges to give child to man and woman? In which circumstances a case will be in favour of man?

A person (Muslim) died leaving behind his wife, 4 sons and 5 daughters , he had 30 acres land , now the 30 acres land is on his wife name, can a wife transfer 30 acres to his elder son thru gift deed , because elder son had performed marriage of 5 daughter and set up business for brother with his hard earn money , now mother want to give all 30 acres to elder son thru gift deed,
whether any of sister or brother can object or challanege he gift deed for their shares , it is valid or they also get shares plz advice

Sir How can I get my name changed in my Passport issued in India ?
Can I get my name changed in my passport abroad also where I am residing presently ?
Secondly can I get an affidavit prepared and signed by Notary Public from any place in India other than from place of my residence ?

If the petitioner looses case in NCDRC then what type of appeal he has to file in Supreme court. For example Review petition, civil appeal, SLP etc
Where can I get supreme court format for caveat filing since the online filing for caveat is still not activated
Where one can contact for legal aid for middle income group persons to defend the case in supreme court

I have filed an FIR u/s 419/420/447/467/468/506 IPC but no action by police even after a month. How can I legally force the police to act? Can I file statement on affidavit before police? Will it be judicial or non judicial affidavit??

I have been imposed recorded warning in a displinary action against me. In case of my promotion will it cause any delay or denial of promotion to higher level in officers HAG Grade from SAG Grade.

I am a Muslim Indian male. My father had a leased Room (pagri system) in Mumbai and a house he built with his money on Govt land (Gaonthan) in Ratnagiri,Maharashtra. After his death, the same was transferred in my mother's name. Now is my mother, 75 yrs old, the owner or heir of the property? Do I have to take her permission to reside in the property? Can I use the property without consent of other heirs? What if she is not staying with me or does not want to stay with me? Can she claim maintenance as per the new Act 2007?

Need divorce
Dear Sir
I married to a canadian citizen (contract marriage) in 2011 to get canadian permanent resident..but that lady ditched me and i didnot got any visa.However, in order to apply visa i annouced that marriage in india and updated my passport with her name as my spouse. Now i really got married in 2014. So please advise hiw can i update my current wife's name as my spouse. The difficulties are how to get divorcee certificate when i dont have any touch with my previous spous who lives in Canada and none of my marriage is not registered in indis yet.
