Dear Sir,
I have a small query about daughters law rules -
I want to know, if daughters are already getting benefit from property in terms of things, money or other respective family activities also etc.
still the right for claim by defile in the routine activities and disturbing (a family's Temples activities) as their fundamental rights ?
and one more point is - this Law is applicable only up to Daugher level ? or life time benefits can claim by her husband & Son also
I need to know the exact defination & limits of Daughters rights.
Please can anyone reply by simple & clear language (if its in Marathi Language then i will be more happy)

I need to take passport, but I don't have birth certificate.I don't know my correct dob. how do i get the birth certificate. My year of birth is 1994.

Hello Sir, i m a doctor by proffesion presently working in delhi, i have worked in different hospitals of Rajasthan in past 5 years, yesterday i way informed by my nephew living in gujarat my native place, that yesterday a police man from jaipur,has come with bailable arrest warrant in my name, and is asking for rs 10,000/ as surety money, else he will inform local police . when i contacted policeman on phone he told me that he has arrest warrant,but he does not reveal anything about the case, nor have i recieved any summons as it was sent to my udaipur address,which i left 5years back.what should i do pay surety money for bail and attend next court hearing or directly remain in court with my advocate ? plz advice me

I bought a bus ticket onlin from a reputed travwll agency TRAVELYAARI.COM. for the operator UTTARPRADESH STATE TRANSPORT CORPORATION.
but at the schedule date and time I reach to the bus stand and come to know that the bus is cancelled. I complain to the tickiting agency, they told that they forward the complain and confirm the cancellation status from the bus operator, but they are telling when the bus operator refund the tickit cost then they will refund me. it has been passed more than two month. If I want to take any legal action against whom I take, on travell agent or bus operator, And also where the complain to be lodge?

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Bonus ceiling hike from Rs.3500/- to Rs.7000/- w.e.f. 01/04/2015 is that means bonus payable for the Year 2014-15 will be calculated on Rs.3500/- ceiling or not?
Bonus eligibility has also been increased from 10000/- to 20000/-. Does bonus payable for the Year 2014-15 will be calaulated on this basis?
Kindly suggest how to calculate bonus for the Year 2014-15.
