Sir, please tell me that if a person is appointed in a state government service at a permanent post on probation of two years, then whether he will have a lien on this post if he resigns on technical grounds for central govt. service before completing his probation of the previous post in the state govt. service. In the Rajasthan Service Rules it is mentioned that on substantive appointment to a permanent post a person will have a lien of that post for two years. In this regard whether the appointment of a person on permanent post on probation of two years will be deemed as a substantive appointment on permanent post for the purpose of lien, if he resigns on technical ground before the completion of probation

I have given 5.5 lacs rupees by cheque to my father to purchase a property cost of 18 lacs in 2011 .he is neither giving my money back nor giving part of Property to me . what can I do.

I have got anticipatory bail from high court and contacting police from last two month to meet them but he making excuse that meet next day and bla bla and saying me that he will submit cancellation report as he did not get any proof.he is asking me to come tomorrow to comply with high court and saying that he will release me after doing some formalities. Is there any chance of cancellation report after he show me arrest and release on surety as high court condition. Is he making me fool or is that any procedure that must have to follow. Or he wanting to file charge sheet after. Showing me arrest by making me fool. I am asking him to give photocopy of investigation but he refuses tell me how I get it. And what is the procedure to get it before submitting challan. So that I can file 482 as the whole case is on false basis.

Sir,my cousion wife has left the home and is living in other city.he requested me and my wife to join them so that she can be brought back to home.we went but in vein .rather she got registered u/s 323,341,506,34 against her husband,her father in law, me and my wife.i am govt employe also .pl guide me what to do.i have nothing to do with there maritial dispute .

I Raghavendra was employed as accountant in the year 2012 jan in the X Company after my appointment the said company was terminated on 30 june 2012 due to act of misconduct after the my termination in to the company was theft of computer accessories by the another same employee by name Kumar but the company was lodge a oral complaint against Raghavendra after the recover of the theft of computer I was issued notice for damages sum of Rs 100000/- along with recovery of arrears of salary for the month of june 2012 notice issued in the date of 5/7/2012 but the company was replied on 16/7/2012 along with baseless allegation and admitted to pay salary for the month of june-2012 but now i intended to file damages. Recovery of salary what is the limitation to file if it is barred by limitation what to do please suggest us immediately

I want to understand is there any ROS guideline for AMC changes for Tenants Vs Owners? Is it allowed by Flat owner association to charge more for Tenants. Please quote if there is a new guidance from ROS (Register of Societies , Karnataka).
