Hi my name is monjit sing. I have bought a flat at Bhubaneswar before 5 years ago through IDBI bank. Before 1.5 years ago I have disbursed all amounts including registration charge to builder. But till date he has neithered done registration nor handovered the property. Even for last one year we can not communicate with him either through phone or mail. Even the bank would not take any legal step against builder as the property is mortgaged to them inspide number of escalation. Now we want to take legal action against him. My query is,..............
1. What is the step by step procedure to take legal action in that case.
2. Can bank take any legal action against builder in this case as the property is mortgaged to them.
3. May we have to file a criminal case against builder to police station first.
4. Is the total procedure is very lenthier.
5. Is there really any hope to get this property.
6. Can you guides please inform me the topmost and trusted laweyers in Bhubaneswar.
Please help and guide me. Egarly wait for your guidance.

Dear Sir,
my wife have filed divorce case have and have demanded 20,000 as interim and 30,000 for life time, my lawyer is in a hurry to file the reply directly for the final application. he said judge will not pass interim order because we are already paying 3000 in DV case and also she is earning. we will ask her for filing affidavit.
also my lawyer says that we have to file reply within 90 days of receipt of application and within 3 dates she has to file affidavit she cannot avoid the same as she is doing in DV case. She had not filed affidavit in DV case for almost 2 years now from the date of interim order inspite of our repeated application for the same and also for dismissing the case.
request to please suggest
1. in how much time the matter will go for mediation process after we appear in court for the first time.
2. is it compulsory to file reply within 90 days from receipt of petition or we can take some more time for the same. I want to try for mutual if we can rather than filing reply, as she had herself came and said we had filed divorce please come on next date.
3. what are the chances that Judge will not pass interim order if we file final reply for the same and argue accordingly.

I like to know whole detail of 151?. Its bailable before24 hrs i mean directly frm court without present in court?
If it is utilise for purpose of earning money only by officer? So whats solution

Investment done for self employment and purchased a laptop but laptop was a defective peace, Numbers of time contacted to Service/Customer Center but no body came to correct it. I filed consumer complaint with compensation, now the OP says its a commercial loss! How its a commercial loss, being consumer I have been cheated and denied for the replacement of defective laptop. Please help me with the judgment!

accused say that plaintiff filled my blank signed cheque so crime as per464 ipc example c.
how court can decide the cheque whether genuine or forged,if sign are admitted but no proof of consideration .
can court validate the forged cheque into legal cheque,if witnesses are brought for statements .
