Nsic exemption

Sir we are registered with Nsic under the Msmed act 2006 under the category Government registered Contractor doing All kind of Civil Works are we eligible to get Earnest money exemption , tender fees ect exemption in Pwd Civil works as per the msmed act 2006

There is no such blanket exemption. It depends upon the particular tender issued in govt. sector only.

Still not received any answer.as per the msmed act 2006 it is mandatory for all government organization to allow such exemption from 1.4.2015 notifications available on the net.
