What is Auditor's Professional Misconduct ?
What is base on which members make complaint against Auditor regarding excess amount demanded and or already collected by Society on record, etc ?
As sometimes members were illegally charged excess amount which is reflecting in Audit Report as collected or outstanding.
or "auditor's report" not showing such amount not to be charges & is illegal.
Experts kindly advise.

Dear All,
I am working in 100% EOU and I have some query regarding Exact status of the sale effected by EOU against EPCG license.
While searching the details I come across with one landmark decision which has been referred in various other cases .
However, I could not find out actual verdict passed in the said case.
I would be immense thankful if somebody can provide me the full text of the verdict passed in the below reoffered case.

My grandfather has purchased one propertyin 1968. My grandfather was died in 1975 then these property came in my fathers share. My father is alive.
My wife has filed dv case against me i have one son 3.5 yrs old
Now they want share in that property
My question is can they get share in that property.

We got married in 8th if fen 2015 and within first few days of marriage I came to a conclusion that some thing is wrong with her and after lot of mediation filed for divorce under sec 12 at my place in June 2015. She filed counter on September 2015. She filed RCR in October at her place and a transfer petition stating that she has RCR case at her place so transfer my petition to her place. How should i proceed now. Experts need your advice
