Maintenance claim

My daughter in law has filed a maintenance claim against me in civil court after my son passed away, I know she is working in a MNC in Bangalore.

How do I obtain evidence to prove that she is working so that I can submit that in court.

Request the court to file her income affidavit first and make sure she files her itr in it... Through that you can prove else hire some detectives in Banglore to nail the details......
Meanwhile court may award interim maintenance to her..... In that you can say she left the matrimonial home without intimation to me and living separately... Force her to join in your house only.... This may be trick to withdraw the case

Whether your son has left any estate / property in his name?

What was he doing?

Try to gather all proofs regarding her employment.

thx for the advice and it is very helpful, my son has not left any property and daughter in law is staying with her parents in Bangalore.

Does RTI applies on PF and can I get file an online application with PF office to find out details.
