Dear sir,
In our fraud case police has filed charge sheet in local magistrate court, while filing police has called up accused in front of magistrate and they have given date by next year almost after 9 month.
Can I filled request petition for hearing earlier as soon as earliest is possible, and where. What the procedure to do!!

Dear advocate,
Am raising this query for my brother. He married a girl from different caste some two year back. Its a register marriage. The girl was in her final semester so just they got married and started to live separate. But they used to meet and roam frequently. Now both the families come to know about their marriage. Girls parents are not ready to accept it because of status. So they brainwashed the girl and filed a divorce case. But my brother don't want to give divorce and he wish to live with that girl. Before that they tried to threatened him to get the marriage certificate and other things from him. Girl lied a lot during counseling sessions. Even he begged her to tell the truth. Last week during the end of counseling session the girl's brother spitout some bad about my family so it became an issue and he beaten my dad with slipper who is 67year old. We failed a complaint against them . at the same time the girl filed a chain snatching false complaint against my family with the help of sp . She created a sympathetic drama and all. Now they are trying to push with the help of minister to get the documents from us. We are in helpless situation to compete with them in money wise and power wise. But because of this issue he lost his job , so much insult in station or wherever he go and the whole family was stressed out because such a situation is new to us. Can you please guide us someway??? They are in life threatening situation because of her lies. No one is ready to hear the truth from his side. Please give us some suggestion positively..

My mother and me (daughter)have a flat in mumbai under joint name. A month back she transferred her share to me via gift deed of the same flat. Society is asking for transfer fee to transfer the flat completely in my name. Is society right in asking for transfer fee? Kindly help

Hello sir,
I Found your blog on by googling it sir i lost my bike and recovered by police after 3 months and i had done with my fir also and bike is on my brother name and my brother is in America and brother name on RC is printed two letters wrong
I hired an advocate as up on he suggested me like we will submit the all prof's of your brother and your's and FIR too and let us see the what the judgement comes and moreover he charged me 3000 rs toooooo and he is not assuring me that i will get u releasing orders 100 percent what kind of consequences am going to face and
could you please suggest me what i need to do or need to say to my advocate

Hi,
Written notice was given to the tenant he was mistreating us, insulting us and misbehaving by telling lies and misuse of words. He is ordering us to do as he says else he will take legal action against us. He is one at fault and he is terrifying us and threatening us. The person is extremely cheap, stubborn, cunning and sarcastic modulating and manipulating things every second. He is dictating terms to us and behaving like he is owner of the property and we are his servants. I am in my early pregnancy and because of the stress and tension this person is giving me I may risk my unborn baby's life.
Please advice how to quickly resolve the matter. Urgent help needed. If there is a good property lawyer in Bangalore Banaswadi area please advice and share the contact details.

a corporate giant has filed a civil defamation suit against me my editor and ceo. i have moved an application to open a mjc on several charges of perjury against plantiff no. 2 and have plans to get the suit dismissed on the grounds that the case is not maintainable because the four news reports drubbed libel was filed in wider public intrest soon after an incident of fire . I am a working journalist associated with a english news paper. could i file the application under order 7 rule 11 of CPC seeking dismissal of the suit because law has protected us. kindly guide. i am representing the case in person.

Summary suit
I hD entered in to an agreement with the party in July 2012 and gave some loan. As per agreement he was supposed to return the money in two years ie by 2014 July and also gave cheques as guarantee for refund of money of date June 2015.
Now that all cheques are dishonoured am I eligible for filing summary suit for relief now in November 2015?
Is it in time limit and how time limits are computed in such case?
