Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I am writing this mail after getting conflicting answers from different CAs regarding few of my service tax related concerns.
I run a small proprietorship firm to promote Science. Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education among school students through project based learning methodology i.e. learning by doing.
To make it simple, we conduct workshops on Robotics, Aeromodelling and practical science projects in the schools. We are providing these services to the schools.
My question is- will this service be considered Auxiliary Education service and hence be exempt form Service Tax?
Also, in general, if a proprietor has registered his firm under service tax but the revenue is less than 10lacs, is he required to pay service tax?
Thanking You,
Dhananjay

While admission to school in primary section. They had manage a copy of birth certificate from the ward . Dad , again went to Pune . My admission was done but the data is not updated with the Local
