Dear Members need help on Service Tax and VAT payment
Recently I have booked Flat in the Pune and done the agreement in last week
while booking builder told me to pay the Service Tax & VAT and gave the cost, but builder was agree to pay the Service Tax at the time of possession.
below are the cost details -
Agreement cost(Basic+Parking+Development charges etc. ) - 40,80,000/-
Service Tax(3.5%) - 1,42,800/-
VAT(1%) - 40,800/-
Stamp duty(6%) - 2,44,800/-
Registration - 30,000/-
-------------------------
TOTAL -45,38,400/-
below is the sequence so far...
15-Septemeber - booked flat - Paid booking Amount - Rs. 50,000/-
15-Novemeber - Before Agreement I paid Rs. 11,31,600/- (including booking amount)
Paid Total = 20% of agreement cost + Stamp Duty + Registration + VAT = 11,31,600/-
on 20-November we did the agreement(Registration), while agreement I come to know that builder got the completion certificate from Pune Municipal corporation for the flat of Date 13-November-2015.
Builder is giving possession in Jan -2016. After agreement in Demand letter he mentioned the Service Tax with remaining 80% of Agreement cost.
As I made Payments after getting the Completion Certificate, my question is should I Pay the Service Tax to builder or Not?
Please help.

i took a loan from barclays bank of 3.48 lakhs and paid 21 installments. the rest 15 were not paid due to some financial constraints. i asked them for settlement but the amount was not settled. i left delhi and shifted to noida 2 yrs back till then no reply from there side. now after 5 years of last installemnt i came to know that barclays has sold there bad debts to phonix arc ltd. a part of kotak bank. now they are threting me with 138 ni through security cheques given 7 years back. regarding settlement they are asking huge amount which i am not in a position to pay. how legally i am bound

I am the owner of flat of which deed of allotment was registered in 1996. I had paid the stamp duty at that time. I would like to ask that at this moment the sale deed is necessary or not.Whether Mutation can be done on the basis of registered deed of allotment?
When there is no dues outstanding from the flat owner by coop housing. Is it not the duty of Coop Housing Society to make the Sale Deed?
Please clarify to know the duties and responsibilities of Coop Housing Society for arranging Sale Deed when there is no dues outstanding from flat owner.

Hi...i have taken an educational loan of 3.21lacs in 2006.till march 2014 i was paying emi.after that i stopped repayment because of my unemployment.my father is a teacher and his monthly salary is 10k .today bank has called and told that they have filed a suit in civil court.i am feeling helpless.what should i do now? What are the consequences ? Plz tell me.

Dear experts,
We have adopted a 2 years old baby girl from Govt. adoption center on last September, 19th 2015. Lawyer has submitted the related documents for the procurement of court order and we are eagerly waiting.
As I'm working abroad, for me getting another leave is a little bit difficult for another 1 year.
Do I need to be present in front of the judge at the time of court order issue or an authorization attested by the Indian consulate will do, so that my wife can get the document in my absence?
Please advise.

sir mujhe ye janna tha ki me ek bangladeshi ladki se pyar karta hu or usse shadi karna chahta hu to kis tarah se me ussse shadi kar sakta hu or mene foreign marriage act or special marriage act padha tha usme likha hai ki shadi ko court me register karane ke liye Bangladesh high commision se NOC leni padegi to unse NOC lene ke liye kya karna hoga or ladki adult hai 23 age hai uski or wo or me dono muslim hain to kya wo apni marzi se shadi kar sakti hai uske faisle pe kisi ko objection uthane ka haq to nahi hai kyunki uske baap or uski sauteli maa ne to usse rishta puri tarah khatm kar diya hai or ghar se bhi nikal diya h ab wo apni didi ki family ke sath rehti or wo india aana chahti hai to kya agar me usko india bula kar usse shadi karu to kya mujhe high commision se NOC mil paygi or kya shadi ke registration ke baad usko india me rehne ki permission mil jaygi...please sir meri help kijiye me bahut zada pareshan hu is masle ko lekar apki badi meherbani hogi...thank you

Anticipator Bail obtained by accused without counter petition from complainant at Madras High Court. Investigation going on. Complainant can approach high court to cancel anticibatory bail or?.

What is the remedy available for a person who was falsely implicated in a 498 case. If he is acquitted in the case? Can he/she file a case against the woman? Say for malicious prosecution? Or perjury?

Could a individual consider as a public when wrong happen to him done by a private hospital. Hospital can be charged for public nuisanse.

Assessment u/s 148
I have filed original return u/s 44AD after due date declaring total receipts Rs.2200000 as appearing on 26 AS but the AO issued notice u/s 142(1) for filing the correct & true income on that total receipt as per 26As 3000000 I filed correct income on 30 lacs gross receipts there is difference of 8 lacs my query is this that 8 lacs will be added with the returned income or 8% income on the 8 Lacs
