Dear Sir,
My client's Son, deceased person was working in Electricity Department (State Govt Undertaking). Age was 45 years.
He was a permanent employee of the Electricity Department. After his death the nominee of the deceased were his parents, mother and father (both are alive). The nominees thereafter tried to claim the proceeds of their son in this month. A lady came forward to claim his proceeds and who claims that she is his wife and married to him in 2013 and claiming to have his 18 years old daughter (the birth record of the daughter, i.e the birth certificate is not available to us). When the nominees enquired with the Head of the Electricity Department, their reply to the nominee was the lady claiming to be the wife has already submitted all the documents to the office of the Electricity Department to get the claim proceeds and also his job.
The Electricity Department officers directly denied to give any information and asked the nominee to "get a stay"
Sir, please guide me on this. And how shall I go about it.
- Is it that Stay is to brought under Sec.151 of CPC?
- Who is to be made the party? The Electricity Department or the Lady?
- What are the documents of the deceased that I can rely on to get the stay?
- If you may guide me, under which order of CPC it is to brought?

What is difference between section 6 and 14 a female Hindu obtained property from his father after father death and remaining daughters have any right on the property if father write registered will on the name of any daughter what are the righs of will and daughters rights

I have paid all the dues on time a cheque in 2006 was unpaid and then I paid in cash the very next day. And charges as well after so many years now finance house has accumulated charges and getting treating call need assistance

As per new rulling , child born after 2000 can't get his or her name change after it has been written on their birth certificate.If it is so is their any other procedure by which i can get the name change.

Let me Know the remedy on Partnership
Suppose A (Individual) and B (HUF) are partner in a firm. Firm itself assesses having PAN ,TAN & TIN
B (HUF) dies
what the further procedure for a firm
Can it run as usual coz die partner are Karta of HUF ( we Changing karta of HUF ) My opinion is that HUF can not die only partition are possible
Firm held only two partner one is individual and second was HUF
After die of karta of HUF partner can firm run with another member of HUF (as Karta ) with same PAN and TAN or it close Partnership firm with the immediate death of HUF Partner
Can partnership deed amended( taking New Karta of HUF ) or it make new one can avail new PAN & TAN no please suggest

Dear Sir,
My Grand father has transferred his entire properties to all his sons and daughters through Registered deed of Hiba Bil Awaz in 1984. In deed it is Clearly written in the deed that they have got the Awaz ( consideration). In 1988 my Father is died . In 1992 my Grand father cancelled the Hiba Bil Awaz deed in registar office by saying that they have not got the Awaz ( consideration). He died in 1995. In 1997 my uncle has disturb our possession saying that the Deed is cancelled and you people donot have any right to the property as your father is died during the lifetime of your Grandfather as per mohammadan law you are majhoom ( do not have any share in grand father property). we have file a case in civil court in 1997 regarding declaration of deed asking that
1. Registered deed of Hiba Bil Awaz is a Valid document and we have the right and title in the property.
2. Registered deed of cancellation is a Void document. Defendant do not have any right in our property.
we have won the case in 2003 and court have declared that the Hiba Bil Awaz deed is valid and cancellation deed is not valid.
now the defendants have challenge the court verdict to district judge and saying tha possession is not delivered to Donne by Donner
Please Provide us Hight court and Supreme court rulling to support my case.

So it will not create any problem in withdrawing my PF.Actually sir in my 10th,12th marksheet,PAN Card,Aadhar Card,Voters ID Card my name is RINNY.But in my graduation it is Rinny Wadhawan and in bank account it is RINNY Wadhawan.I also have a affidavit of court that i am changing my name from rinny wadhawan to rinny.
