me aur meri wife me 1 Sal pahle aapsi Anban ho gai. Jab se kuchh keemati samaan aur beti 2yr no lekar apne parents ke yaha par rahi hai hai. Usne Complaints bhi dal di, dahej case karne ki bhi baat kah rahi hai, case kiya hai ya nahi hume pata nahi, humare pas Koi notice nahi aaya hai abhi tak
Hum kya kare, kyonki ab uska yaha wane ka Koi vichaar nahi hai,

I filed a case against CCIL in Gautambuddh Nagar district consumer forum in Aug 2014. Case was lodged for fradulenetly giving me Company's holiday membership by tempting through other false promises. This month my lawyer told me that CCIL is ready to settle this matter our of court by paying me principal amounts which is 50,000/- but while filing the case way back in 2014, total compensation of 82500/- was sought from the opposite party. When I spoke to my lawyer, he said 'Sir, settle this case out of matter' else only God knows when it will be finished by the court. Also court order might go either in your favour or opposite party's favour. Please advise me in this matter whether to settle this case by merit or outside court. Thanks.

I do B.Com pass in 2006 from Delhi University,with 41.5%,
i am from OBC category,then i take admission in Agra University in 2007
now i pass my LLB Final year in 2014.today i go bar council of delhi to get enrolled
they ask me how can you take admission in LLB Course with 41.5%,minimum percentage is 45% in LLB Course.they they accepted my document and say that bar council committee will decide your admission.then i paid fees of Rs.9800/-for my enrollment. my query is this what is my fault in it.if Agra University not obey there orders,rule and regulation,fine agra university,why i suffer from that. I pass LLB Examination which is require for practice as lawyer.Please advice me i have to take interview on 15-jan before bar council committee.

Hi experts
My wife was left before 1 yr because of misunderstanding, I hAve 1 son age 10yrs old .my son was with her mom.she was not talked till now , I also not talked .shall I marry another women without any intimation made to my wife.if I file divorce is there any compensation/settlement payable my side if yes how much shall I payable? Please advise how I should tackle legally.
