I need a PCC for running Bed & Breakfast / Homestay from my house as per GOI, Ministry of Tourism (H&R Division), Guidelines for approval & registration of Incredible India Bed & Breakfast / Homestay Establishments
Unfortunately, i had a physical fight with my building caretaker and lodged an FIR on him with the local PS dt 23.11.15. Even he did the same and now we are both out on bail. The Police have put cases IPC 323/ 341/506 on each of us.
Can i apply for PCC and if i do so, will i get it considering that there is a pending case on me as above. However, the police have not yet filed chargesheet and i have not yet been summoned by the Bankshall Court

Respected Sir/Madam,
In a private Limited Company having authorised capital of Rs. 1,00,000 there is only two Directors who are Shareholder of 50-50% shares of the Company. Some time ago one of director is died and diseased Director was husband of second director. And both director has only a minor son. Article is Silent related to this. Than what should this company do for run company.

Hi team,
First of all thanks to all our experts on this side who regularly comments and responds to the query asked by us.
I have one question that i stay in chawl room and we are carrying out consrruction and repairs to the same. Now one person comes and says i am the landlord of this place but he is not and he says to seek permission from them for construction and pay sum of amount to them. This is the third time we are repairing our room but now they are claiming as landlord. Even though if we carry out construction there are chances that bmc would demolish the structure. So is there a way by which we can sought permission directly from bmc for construction? Does permission is granted to built chawl room? My contractor says bmc doesnot give permission in written.
Please advice.

I applied in college for professor assistant (job). I submitted xerox copy of cast certificate (OBC) but then-after my original cast certificate missed.
Now I bring new original cast certificate, So is there will be any problem about cast certificate for job? because both cast certificate number is different. Please tell me what should i do?
