I.t.r details from pan card

Hello Experts,
I have filled Section 9 And After that my wife has filled D.V Act against me and my parents.
I have my wife's PAN CARD, when she left my home she left the PAN card here.
As Interim will be ordered very soon, and she being a medical practitioner I want to prove her income.
I have found that her PAN card is registered on incometaxindiaefilling webiste.
Kindly guide me how to retrieve her income tax return by filling an R.T.I to the income tax department. ?
As well as tell me other means to lower down her interim maintenance?

Dear Harassed fellow.

keep it up to struggle against any type of harassment.

IT department do not provide the copy of returns as it is personal and confidential. it is provided to the assessee only.

In this situation there is one way out. You can seek for the assessment order of any assesses because it is a 'Judgment' and the same is open to every body.

You can call income tax staff for witness.

You may try by RTI application to get her IT Return as well as Assessment Orders. Search the CIC's website and you can get orders passed by the CIC directing I.T. Department to provide I.T. return, Assessment order,etc., to the RTI querists.
