Hello all,
My mother's father worked in coal mines for abt 40 yrs. he stayed away from home. He used to send some money home, which my grand mother saved and then bought some lands and registered them on my Grand fathers name and built a house on one of these lands. My mom has 3 male siblings.
Recently my grandmother expired. on the fourth day of her death, my uncles cornered my mom and made her to sign on some papers saying that all the gold of my grand mother will now belong to my mother and has been handed over to her but this did not happen. And now they even say that my mom does not have any right on the lands that my grand mother brought. My grand father is also on their side. can anyone help me find a way to get out of situation with better results?

If X company employes Certain no of employees for some job responsibilities on civil construction project and Z company also employs same group of employees for same job responsibilities on same civil construction project and Z COMPANY IS SUBCONTRACTOR OF X COPANY
Is this arrangement is legal?
And if Z company back tracks about their responsibilities for payment to vendors ,can the X company be made liable for action of Z by any Indian law.

Sir i have sign a bond service of 5years after completing my mbbs.now i want to study for my entrance exam to go for higher studies.Is there anyway i can go for my studies without paying bond break money which is 30 lac.which i am not able to pay right now.plz help

I sanction a building plan commercial come residential from BBMP due some incident i am not able start construction and i have another month to expire sanction plan( 2 year duration ) and my finance situation is very bad for another 6years when i contacted BBMP officials they are saying u cannot extend you building plan please guide me how can i extend building plan or what can i do

sir,
as per g.o.no.29.dt31.01.2013. i am eligible to draw the family pension for the divorced daughter more than 25 years. The same is applicable to TNEB also. Now TNEB force (even after submitted the all relevant records) me to submit the sworn affidavit from the first class magistrate.
Kindly help me for the sworn affidavit from the first class magistrate in and around kovilpatti / Thoothukudi District.
