Dear sir / madam,
My father had taken a loan from a finance company cholamandalam in 2007, the loan was in the name of my mother. The installments were being paid regularly, however after a while there were default in payments. My father went and spoke to the bank and settled it internally in 2008. Post which there were no calls, no attempts to contact us, no house visit by them for any payment. My mother is not working any more for the last 8 years now. And my father is no more as he passed away in 2014. Now it is 2016 almost after 9 years after settlement I have started getting calls on my office land line no., my relatives have started getting calls, my office colleagues and friends are getting calls. I have told them 100 times to call me on my mobile but they want to humiliate and only call on office no where i cant speak openly. My query is do they have rights to turn after 9 yrs to ask for money, are they authorized to call my office no and friends, this loan was taken by my father although on my mothers name, but farther is no more and mother is not working. I am the only earning person on the family. And feel very harrassed and insulting at my work place. Pls help what can I do.

Hi,
Before some day i have applied for passport.my appointment at passport seva kendra was also done.they verified my all documentsdocuments ans that was ok.then they proceed my file for the police verification.and police verified my address and all but they submitted adverse report to passport office because birthplace district give by me was wrong due to some small typing mistake.now regional passport office sent me the show cause notice.then now what i have to do?

If someone has gave me affidavit for my share in heritage property and later he refused to give my share so can file case against him with IPC section 415, 416, 418, 420, 422 or suggest me any other law

there is two brothers and three sisters of one muslim father, the father by his own earnings in foreign and sum joint family fund purchased a property in the name of his first son in 1975, when he was a minor, now the property is empty land without any construction . the father also died. the patta also in the name of first son.the another four are demand partition of the property but the first son said it is my own property, no one claim any right and avoid the partition. the question is that whether there is any legal right to the another fours in the property?

Dear Advocate Sir,
I had booked a flat in 2010 in a project in Sector 137, Noida. The builder handed over the physical possession of the flat in January 2016 whereas it was to be handed over in June, 2013. The builder's Registered office is in Delhi and Corporate Office is in Noida. Please guide me can I file a case for recovery of penalty charges and other expenses viz. 12% interest on all payments made on time, from the builder in a Consumer Forum case outsider U.P. or in Delhi or in a southern Indian State where I have shifted.

The Enquiry Officer deputed by management of private organisation wrote the report in their favour and management dismissed the employee. The charges levelled on employee were meaningless and some couseling and warning which were issued to employee long back about 15 years ago were also brought on record which at that time were cleared by the then Officers. Now I intend to file case before Labour Court for reinstate of my services on the ground that enquiry was not fair and grounds of dismissal is mere revengeful attitude of the management. My query is that can I apply to Labour Court directly. Secondly if I apply case before Labour Court and then do I have any option to approach High Court to suspend my termination/dismissal till matter is finalised in Labour Court. Please advice.

As we have pagdi system shop in well known place in ghatkopar market center.
Now confused about shop will I give on rent basis or not and I have not much idea about pagdi.
I' got job in out of country with good package and I'll be back after 3 yrs. My father will not able to handle shop at this age.
What I do I don't understand?
My friends telling sell it bcoz if u give rent they will claim ownership on your property.
please help will I sell or give on rent?

In DV case, in the witness list I have requested wife's banks accounts info from Bank. She filed application to provide information about source of info of account numbers. Does court has right to ask same ? And if not provide any justified info wud court reject the application ??

Complaint against bad quality of construction by builder
Hi I am facing a life threat to my family due to bad construction quality of building I stay on 2 nd floor and having a open terrace from tenth floor parafet wall A big piece of plaster keep on falling to my terrace few days back a big piece fallen on our ms railing the impact was so strong that whole railing got bend and 2 years back a glass piece of 6 feet by 4 ft fallen on my terrace and broken into piece I have complained builder about both the incident but he is not doing any thing , I went to police they have not taken an fir they said u give us a letter about ur issue we will push builder for resolving ur problem
Secondly I want to know is complete glass wall on tenth floor is allowed in building saction if there is a open terrace on the ground floor it's a life threat for people living on that floor
Pls give me idea what to do
