show cause notice u/s 107/111 crpc ( 10000/- with surety)

Dear sir
I hv been issued a show cause notice by SEM on complaints of my two neighbours. Its just a fake counter allegation on false grounds bcoz on one of the complainants son a matter is pending in JJB for being involved with my enemies ( already criminal cases going on ) .

So on the first appearance in front of SEM the two complainants came with a compromise letter stating that they don't have any personal grudges against me & police falsely brought us here..

They want to avoid all chaos....

How to reply to this in my favour....
Please help

We all 3 are females

Regards

Pomita

Defects clearing-petition bearing diary number

Kerala Government filed a case against to our Association. Government won the case.we expected a appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. But Government filed a defects clearing petition bearing diary number.
(1)Our doubt is -why Government filed defects clearing case instead of direct appeal (Special leave appeal petition).
(2)Why court not cleared those defects at the time of hearing.
(3)If any chance for convert diary number as appeal case number.
(4)Does any time limit for filing a defects clearing petition.
(5)If defects are not cleared with in reasonable time -what happen?
(6)I think defects clearing petition (with diary number)is unimportant case-if it is correct.
(7)I got diary number-how to get related High Court case number from Supreme Court website.
Thanks for this service.

Dead of the respondent

In Civil appeal there was a delay therefore application with affidavit was filed for condonation of delay with Civil Appeal.
During pendency of application of condonation of delay a respondent died. Therefore how to make application for LR Petition which should also be taken on record in Appeal. Because the application for condonation of delay will be disposed and there will not be information about death in Appeal. What to do ?
