Visitation rights enforced after mcd

(Querist) 02 February 2016 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts

I want to know how can a father be compelled to meet the son after Mutual Consent Divorce since the visitation rights are with the father and he being a celebrity is avoiding his duty and only kept the visitation rights to bring hurdles like passport of the child, his visas and other places where his consent would be required because of visitation rights.

Kindly tell me remedies available for getting spousal support for the child welfare. No money demand from the father.
Advocate/CS Sanjeev Kataria (Expert) 02 February 2016
He can not be compelled to honour visiting rights. law can compel him to maintain the child, financially support /assist.

Ok. But the passport office denied to issue passport of the child without father's presence along with his passport just coz of the visitation rights. N the father is not responding to any calls regarding this. What step can be taken?

Also can second motion judgment be amended in regards to visitation rights as in many issues his consent or presence would be required since the right is with him?
Sahiba Khurana (Querist) 02 February 2016
Is there any way to amend the second motion judgment as the father's consent or his presence would be required in many issues for the child as he has the visitation rights?
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 03 July 2018
I agree with CS Sanjeev Kataria.
