one of my friend is contesting candidate for numberdar ( lumberdar), before the SDM Faridabad, Haryana. he is 33 years of age and his qualification is MBA. May you please suggest some citation of high court of punjab & haryana and hon'ble Supreme court regarding age and qualification as the court of SDM has fixed case for 4.2.16 for presenting the relevent law.

Me and my wife is leaving separately. My 1year baby is leaving with my wife. I am going to take divorce with my wife but I want my baby custody. My wife is only B.A, her family is not financially strong and not able to take full responsibility of my baby. Please suggest me How can I take custody?
Can I take baby custody after 5 years? When the baby becomes 6 year old.

One of our employee died during office hours having heavy chest pain after admitting into the hospital,there was treatment also given. Even then he is not survived.Age 28 years and unmarried. Can we claim under WC policy for his compensation.

A service provider-consultant- crosses the threshold limit of 10 lacs for the first time and register and obtain Service tax registration. He also collects and pay Service tax in that 1st year and comply with filing ST3 return.
During the 2nd year, he earns only 6 lacs from providing Service.
Should he continue to charge and collect service tax, even though he is aware that in the 2nd year he is not going to cross 10 lacs.
Query:1. Is he bound to collect tax in the second year , where he has not earned 10lacs. What should he do with the S.Tax, if billed and collected, but not liable, since his earning is below 10 lacs.
2.Is he supposed to file S.Tax returns in ST3 during 2nd year also.
3. Is it that he should continue to collect and pay S.Tax once he registers initially, whether he crosses 10 lacs or not in subsequent years-

Sir meri wife ne 2 December 2015 ko 498a ipc 323 ki fake complaint di ti. Jo women cell me 21 dec ko jhuti sabit hone ke kaaran band ho gyi.meri wife ne fir 29 dec 2015 ko dobara ipc 498a ipc 323 ipc 361 and ipc 506 ki mere khilaf complaint ki hai.or ek mediacal certificate jo 17 november 2015 ka hai attach kiya hai.kya meri pehle wali complaint jo jhuti sabit hui ti vo is complaint me meri kuch help kr skti hai.sir 6 janury and 15 janury ko meri women cell me date thi.uske baad compaint ko mediation me transfer kr diya gya. 1 February ko meri mediation me first date thi.lekin meri wife ne mediation ko attend nhi kiya.or jab me mediator ne phone krke pucha to meri wife ne kaha ki ham mediation nhi aayenge.maine court me 498a 323 ki apne husband ke khilaf ke complaint di hai.agar meri wife mediation ki koi date attend nhi kare to kya hoga.is court complaint se kya hoga sir

Hi my wife has put dv act 2005 against me my father sister mother. I am regularly visiting court. Interim maintenance is been ordered and I am paying amount. Also I asked for visitation right she denied. Also wants to know can jmfc court cant order visitation rights.
Till date I never thought of giving divorcee to her but my wife is being cruel hence I am taking step for divorcee. Also she is not earning neither graduate for betterment of my son future can I get his custody forever.

Dear Experts
I want to know how can a father be compelled to meet the son after Mutual Consent Divorce since the visitation rights are with the father and he being a celebrity is avoiding his duty and only kept the visitation rights to bring hurdles like passport of the child, his visas and other places where his consent would be required because of visitation rights.
Kindly tell me remedies available for getting spousal support for the child welfare. No money demand from the father.

My mother died on 18th July and she had prepared a will in which she has made my sister and bother in law. A trustee's and executer, all movable and unmovable properties goes to sister and there is share of me as a son and my father is also not having any rights (properties is mom self earn money). What rights do I have and my father he is 77 yrs old and heart patient. My sister is asking us to signed the noc or else she is not ready to take care of father.

Treatment of registration charges for section 54
I have brought a property after selling the my old house. Now i have paid registration charges to the tune of Rs.5 lacs. My query is that whether such registry charges can be treated as investment amount in new property as per section 54 of IT Act keeping in mind that the same is available for deduction under section 80 C upto the tune of Rs.1.5 lacs.
Kindly provide references of case or sections if any??
