I have filled Section 9 And After that my wife has filled D.V Act against me and my parents.
I have my wife's PAN CARD, when she left my home she left the PAN card here.
As Interim will be ordered very soon, and she being a medical practitioner I want to prove her income.
I have found that her PAN card is registered on incometaxindiaefilling webiste.
Kindly guide me how to retrieve her income tax return by filling an R.T.I to the income tax department. ?
As well as tell me other means to lower down her interim maintenance?
I have purchase a property from Yashpal, who is a property dealer in sector 16 Rohini, Delhi, area is 25.90 Sq. Meter, which was assure free hold property 1st Floor. He has made an agreement (notary) of total amount of property in Rs. 23.51 lakh. He was assure us when we want to sale the property he will sale at higher amount or give our money return if I don’t want to purchase the property. So I had paid initial amount of 5 lakh in on 27.04.15. According to agreement the dealer has to give possession after constructed it till 24.08.2015 and I have to pay full amount at that time, but he was not construct at time and he have not given the relevant paper from which I can apply for loan and making delay and he told if we give some more money to him than he will give us paper, so believing him we have given him Rs. 2.45 Lakh on 3.10.15, but he have not given us paper then after so much harassment, we tell him if this property have any problem he give us another property or give us our money. So he shown us some property, in the meantime, we heard that the property which agreement he has made with us and I have paid 7.45 lakh, it was not of him, this property was of Jitender nath Tiwari who has sold it to Priyanka singhla on Rs. 19,66,896.
When we asked yashpal why he was do this, he say because we have asked for another property that why he have sold it, when we asked for our money he was agree to pay only 5 lakh. When we asked how he sold the property which is not of you, he say this do in property dealing, which is amount I am give to you take it or go in court and face difficulty there. he took our Rs. 7.45 what should I do. I already lodged police complain

My father died in 1963. My mother died in 1958. Both failed to make will. I have 3 sisters . one of them suit file in 2002 asking partition in his father's property . can she ask property partition ? All sisters are well settled and married . what should i do .
I have singed registration for resale property. We are third owner of the property. In our initial talks seller hide the fact that the first agreement i.e. between builder and first seller is missing. We felt like cheated. Still we have accepted this deal as we have already paid him token amount. Now we have applied for loan in Bank. Two Banks have rejected my application of loan because of missing agreement. So I decided to apply for the loan where our seller is having loan. This bank is ready to give us loan but wants to sign Indemnity bond. This bank has already sign indemnity bond with seller when he applied for loan.
My question is that, do I have to again sign indemnity bond with bank?
In an application u/s 482 in a criminal case, HC ordered for issue of notice to O.P. and stay of proceedings till next date of listing. The case has been listed. Whether on date of listing stay order shall automatically deemed to be vacated until extended by HC or stay order shall be deemed to be continued unless specifically vacated by the court. Expert please advice.

This b kumars, working as a tech. I joined railway in febuary, 2013. I applied for this post both railway SERly ERly in Dec, 2012 asper adv. minimum qualification M.P. and I.T.I. My H.S. was completed in 2008 but unfortunately I didn't mentioned in in my application form. I had been selected first Southeast Rly 2013. At the time of Attestation and document very vacation I had closed HS certificate and P.V.R the H.S. certificate . I had been farther selected Eastern railway at same post . I had took technical resignation and joined Erly2015 . but at the time of (E.RLY) attestation I informed about my H.S .they ignored . When I got the job, my dealing clerk didn't add my H.S. qualification in my service record as I did not mentioned it in my application form. Now please suggest me how can I add my H.s. qualification in my service record. What should I do?
.my service continuing from S,E.rly to Erly. My service book will come from Southeastern rly to ERly .i applied W.P.O for adding H.s. certificate but ignore to revived to accepted my request letter. . eastern rail way sent farther P.V.R. M.P. and iti can it problem P.V.R. without H.S.. Shall i be punished suppressed fact .how I add my h.s. or how mercy for my mistake .my dealer always threat about disciplinary action.

On my complaint magistrate ordered police to investigate u/s 156(3) of crpc. But commissioner and his subordinates conspired and so closure report was filed by police that too after 5 years on filing fir. I've approached even chief minister special cell but to no avail. I'm totally lost. My only hope is pvt complaint and also protest petition. I want to file protest petition on closure report plus pvt complaint against police department. Can I make pvt complaint against police officers and is it necessary to seek sanction because even chief minister special cell has not taken action. To whom should I ask for sanction if required and how to proceed if sanction is not given. I really want to make pvt complaint against higher police officers.

This is family based issue, my grandfather has 2 childrens, my elder father n my father..my grandfather has 4 property while in dividation both childrens got equal properties.. After dividation later some years my dad taken his elder brother one property and my father didn't registered it, 10years later we had done it as gift deed so to avoid More registration stamp duty amount.. My elder father has 3childrens (2 brothers and 1sister), my elder fathers elder son has filed a case insisting that his father didn't told him while doing gift deed.. But the thing is all 3 childrens know that we hav taken that property long back. My elder father an his 2 childrens are with us. Only the elder son is against us and he has filed a case.. What will be in court..? I need your valuable feedback... Thanking you..
