Third Party Agency appointed by United India Insurance Co is not registering mymedical reimbursement claim, without any reason. What legal recourse i have to claim my medical reimbursement? I am a Senior Citizen

Just clarify that which law (section, subsection of the particular Act), latest case-law states that people can lend money professionally through such platforms. Be it crowd funding or Peer 2 Peer funding or whatever name.
I want to invest my money through these platforms and want to know that whether Money lender Act would be applicable at me or not?
Whether I would be able to sue the defaulters in the Court of law or not?
So please help, if you can. I would be thankful.

my client is one of the legal heirs of the deceased. Now she has filed a partition suit claiming her share in the ancestral property, but her brother has sold the property long back, the purchasers also parties to the suit. These purchasers have filed a written statement stating that long back suit property is sold to them and without seeking the declaration suit is not maintainable and plaintiff has no locus standing to file this suit.
According to me the person who sold the property has no right to sell entire property, he could have sold his share only. So suit is maintainable and plaintiff has got share.
Let me know your opinion learned members and if any ruling let me know.

Family court has rejected my claim for maintenance on merits as per provisions of section(4)under 125 crpc. According to the court findings, I am voluntary residing at my parents house and without a reasonable cause, refuses to live with my husband.
Now i have filed divorce petition against my husband, which is pending.
1. Can i claim maintenance in divorce petition by filing applications under section 24 and section 25 of HMA act.
2. Please tell me whether i will get maintenance and alimony by doing so.

Dear all,
As i am going through a divorce by mutual consent in district court whereas I have to go for a job outside current state jurisdiction.
At present we are at recording of statements from all parties and final order hearing is pending.
As i m planning for a job change outside delhi. Can I give a SPA for my sister for attending my divorce matter in family court ?
The other party has already provided a SPA to brother as the other party (spouse) is out of india.
Will there be any problem whatsoever in giving an SPA by both parties at the final hearing ??m

DearSir,
Tamilnadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) had notified for Assistant Engineer in the Pay scale of 15600-39100 with GP 5400 on Dec 2012, The exam was scheduled on Mar 2013. We got selected and got appointment order on Jan 2015 with pay scale of 9300-34800 with GP 5100. We totally 172 Assistant Engineers has joined in Public Works Department of Tamilnadu. But our seniors (assistant Engineers joined before us) are getting 15600-39100 with GP 5400, They have reduced the pay scale only for us. Though we have filled case in Madras High court through our Organisation, There is no improvements since one year.
So kindly suggest us to move furthur with authorities in constitution or apprapriate clauses.

And even also possible to withdraw suit if evidence affidavit and documents filed by defendant.
