Sir my site south boundary line municipal site some people occupied and construct kutcha houses one of the person construct pucca house (two stairs) without town planning permission they do erasement on my family so i decided to complaint Rti Act with help of third person but they are given about third person address and asking withdraw the Rti complaint , According to Rti Act not giving Applicant address but they are giving address. The municipal subordinates visited and corrupted for money After 25 days they are respond my Rti Act They told you do not written in your complaint (Rti Act) name of the house owner whom did construct pucca house. what can i do please tell me

You have to be bold enough against the illegal construction if you want action against the culprit.
You have to lodge continuous complaints to Municipality, District administration, town planning department, vigilance etc. and to file case in court in case of need.

this is respond letter of municipal corporation in english
D.No. 14-2-1 house south boundary line has municipal canal. Some houses are there in middle of the municipal canal and D.No.14-2-1 house . you want to know information about some houses construction but you want in this information you do not specify house owner name and which type of construction . As per our records whom did construct building the applicant should record his name and address. So you tell us full particular information about construction building after we clarify that relevant records , in this records you want information have we send you , we do not record any house constructing permissions with door numbers So you give full information we will give that particular information
