my brother is 60% disableas per medical board with one arm and leg disability(accquired after 24 years of service due to paralytic attack)
,he is serving as steno gd 1 ,can he claim waiver of biometric attandence which is not asseable to him and can he cliam posting to roadside office. his seniors are forcing him to retire saying he is elligble for pension and as such creating heradles like closing most accesable gate forcing him to use biometric attenndace,etc

Our village surpunch is not available in village and he is running his own supermarket and he is sitting in his shop full time.. Not even conducting any meetings and not taken any developments in the village..

1. How to know about village funds bills sanctions for the village.
2. Where the funds utilised and its accounts..
3. Records of village
4. To whom i have to complaint.

I keep a hockey stick in car . But during checking police take it from me and said this is an offence. 135 a and dont return to me .also ask rs. 100 for penalty memo. I refuse it.

Sir my site south boundary line municipal site some people occupied and construct kutcha houses one of the person construct pucca house (two stairs) without town planning permission they do erasement on my family so i decided to complaint Rti Act with help of third person but they are given about third person address and asking withdraw the Rti complaint , According to Rti Act not giving Applicant address but they are giving address. The municipal subordinates visited and corrupted for money After 25 days they are respond my Rti Act They told you do not written in your complaint (Rti Act) name of the house owner whom did construct pucca house. what can i do please tell me

Sir.my brother in law married to a girl 3 years back . After that relation between them didnot turned well and they keep quarelling over pity issues. since last year he started taking drugs ,for which he was admitted twice in delhi hospital for de addiction .after discharge he again strated taking drugs.and started stealing and selling house hold items .his wife went to his fathers place and since six months she is there. she has started asking to register house and land on her name than only she will return .Disgusted by son and daughter in law attitude father in law had made him out of legal heir of property and published it in news paper too.recently that girl has filled police complain of dowry harassament against all known persons whether she had met or not.I am serving in army and my wife too serving in govt hospital very far from that place ,one of my sister in law is also studying not at that place.both father and mother in law has no source of earning only the rent they get from house,how can she file complian against so many people whom she had not met ?what should be done please guide thanks

Sirs, i am staying in Andheri, Mumbai. Our Society wanted to go in for Redevelopment and we have only signed the Development Agreement (DA) during August 2013. The DA is only signed by society and Redeveloper, but the DA is NOT YET REGISTERED, as the DA was to undergo certain changes.
In such a case, are the Members of society legally bound by the DA ? Can the Members sell their flats without any hurdle? And above all, is our society bound legally by DA? Please reply.. K S Murthy

Sir,
My wife is holding 20% shares of a pvt.ltd.,company and is one of first directors.
She has deposited 12 lac rupees to company after taking loan from someone and partly from me.
Now, the remaining directors are taking business decisions with my consent and without intimation to me about any resolutions.
Informations are their that one of the director (who was authorised to execute sale/purchase deed) has executed sale deed of land of which company is not having ownership.
Considering above irregularities my wife has offered to sale all the share to remaining director and request for resign from directorship, but neither any board meeting was called nor she was intimated about her request.
They have submitted financials report to ROC without intimation and discussion in board of directors.wherein deposits have been shown as long term loan.
They are not ready to purchase share nor permit to sale to others.
Please advise how to come out from the company with my deposits
