Cross exam of pw-1 in dvc

(Querist) 10 March 2016 This query is : Resolved
During cross examination of wife in dvc she alleged me impotent and for which my advocate showed my medical reports it is clearly evident that I'm not impotent. By seeing that she told that is a false document. This is gross allegation on me. i personally went and checked with Doctor. Will judge consider her statement? In general how judge will consider points in cross examination?
Another was regarding gold and silver items we have kept 400g gold and 2.5kg silver during marriage from the date of marriage these items are in the custody of wife now she is alleging all these items are her ancestors ornaments how do we prove this??

You have already hired an advocate. let him do his job. denial during cross examination does not diminish the credibility of a document.

Further, you are fortunate that your wife accepts to have the ornaments with her. Let your advocate take care of the rest.

Key technicalities are not disclosed here.
