Dear Sir,
mere bhai ne mere khilaf application di ke me ne usko or uski orat ko mara of uske samne police ne do no ke reply lekar samathan karva diya
par 15 din ke bad mere bhai ne firse bina koy bat or trakrar ke DSP me application kRI ab police ne mera bayan lekar muje 1 hours custody me rakha or chod diya ke bhai me ne asa kuch ni kiya vesa likhva kar
ab me mere bhai ke samne kya kar sakta hu.
(man hane ka dawa ke fir samne dusri application )
me 1 reputed person hu muje a sab nahi pasand he
jagda parking ko lekar huva tha
app muje advice de ke me kuch kru ya na karu
my family is supporting to me as i am not to take any legal action on him

Sir,
My name is Manohar. My father's property consists of his self acquired property and ancestral property too. My father has two children me and my sister. My sister is married 20 years ago and also given land as dowry. My father is alive and prepared a will that the whole property belongs to his son that is me.. Is there any right to my sister over the property??

Case is yet not open because opposite party not came at court because they file case on me using ,money power only.
I'll not do any thing wrong with that Gujarati girl Sofi Nolesh Bhai Patel .
No permanent judge is present in ahmedabad court so still my case is not running and also sofi nolesh bhai not come in court,my lowyer said .
Please let me know if
1- Judge not appointed and opposite party not came than my case is closed permanently?
2- Can I get government job now or in future
Means this case affected my future life?
Please help me out

In 2014 June andhar & Telangana separated
And we open our branch in andhra and Ho at Telangana and we transfer stocks from Telangana to branch in Andhra And sales done in Andhra and we paid output tax and input tax is 0 now Telangana commercial tax officer restricted stock transfer and put
Tax labity on stocks transfer .what his obligation is thst we are taking input in Telangana where we purchase locally and sending stock transfer to other state and paying VAT their so Telangana govt loseing VAT. Pl advice us any act to clearly on this.

Hi,
I had filed Divorce petition in 2009.
Wife had assaulted my mother; a criminal case had been filed under 324 against wife in mar 2010. After that wife had filed a false case under 498a in jun 2010. I. 2014 Family court granted me divorce under cruelty. However 498 case is still pending and causing harassment to me n family. Can I apply for quashing of 498 case ?.. In which Cort

Indian medical rule-age limitations of patient for treatment
Urology Doctor ,MD(Dealing all kind of urology treatment) in a well known private hospital in Cochin, Kerala -a child of age 2 year(Two year) attended for urology releated treatment. (No pediatric department is there)
My confusing is if any legal objections for this treatment.
(That is treatment of children with out pediatric department)
Please solve my confusion.
