Thanx in advance, can anyone help me out. So the problem is in the "last school attended" box of my school leaving certificate in which after the name of the school the school authority had mistakenly written false address for eg it is like - st. Joseph school, maninagar instead they wrote st. Joseph school, ramnagar. What is the solution. I need to correct it.

I gave a bond to my previous company for 3 years it includes not to join any other competitor company for three years. After completion of 4 years I gave a proper resignation and left the company. But the thing is I didn't receive either proper appointment letter or relieving letter from the company till the date. After a lots of conversation on phone they send an mail for full and finalize amount. They release my payment when I gave a 50/- bond paper which declare not to join another company for two years i,e which already I agreed and signed on bond. Is it legal to give a bond paper to the company. (In that case already they have my signed bond) and even I didn't receive a proper document from the company?? Kindly let me know what to take action ??

I am a constable in CISF.I was recruited in 14th August 2000.As per 6th pay I was fixed at 6380+2000 (Basic pay+Grade pay) on 01/01/2006.while minimum basic pay of new recruits is 6460+2000 (Basic pay +Grade pay ) as per 6th pay comission. So I was fixed 80/- less than a new recruite.as per 6th pay there was a new formula adopted for fixing the pay of existing old employees which was, last drawn basic pay in the 5th pay comission multiplied with 1.86 to reach on a new basic pay on 1st January 2 0 0 6 . But as per natural justice a junior never get higher pay than his senior on same station same circumstances. I have written for these anomalies to my higher authority but there was no action taken to resolve my problems. so I want to take some appropriate advice,s to sort out my pay problem. Thank you.

My query is that my great-grandfather acquired a property shop as per allotment in 1964 he died in 1981 intestate my grandfather procured relinquishment from his sister and got the property mutated in his name in year 1994 .Grand Father died in year 2005.For 10 years my father and brother fooled all of us by showing a registered will in their favor as joint owner( father and brother)( while my father sister challenged the same in court) while the mater was in court my father settled with them by procuring relinquishment from his sister and one deceased sister children and sold the shop.
at the same time my brother instituted a suit by showing that will.
he also got amount for withdrawing that suit .and he maintains that he got money because of will as per memorandum of understanding in court .the matter was settled in 1st date.I got nothing and now they are saying file a suit.
mY question is
Can a file criminal case or civil both
can i file criminal case on buyer as well
can i need to raise the will part of it as well or do i raise the sale part only
is this a ancestral property
if yes then if relinquishment is procured can i not challenge the case
can really my grandfather make a will even it is not fake.
How can it is possible that 2 things run at the same time while sale has been made by my father by procuring relinquishment deed from his sister and my brother says that i filed suit for will to stop sale that swhy on behalf of Will i got the amount
who is the real culprit and how to get my share as everyone got the money except me there is no other legal heir

RS Expired without any WILL made by Him
His 4 Son & 1 Daughter Expired....
BR Expired not Made any Will, Wife of BR also Expired, 3 Daughter VL, GJ, RR & 1 RV Son of BR.
SR Expired not Made any Will, 2 Daughter & 1 Son (Expire)
SG Present but not Married (Karta)
RG Not Married (Expired), But made WILL in Name of VL Daughter of BR...
HK Expired, Wife Expired, 3 Son & 1 Daughter, But Made WILL in Name of VL Daughter of BR,
KB Daughter of RR Expired not made any WILL..
1.) At Present also Property is in Name of RR & HK & SG (KARTA) Can HK as Made WILL in Name of VL Daughter of BR, Can HK Children Claim for Property ??
2.) Can my mother VL Daughter of BR can Claim for Property,Can Sell the Property, Can Make any WILL or GIFT the Property ??
3.) What will be the Share of VL in Property..

If I file a case under SC/ST Act against someone for second time, what are the legal effects on the accused person ?
A case has been existing on that person under SC/ST act itself. During the time of a compromise talk, he became violent again and he abused me several times by calling caste, I have 3 witness also for this issue. Can I file a another case against him under SC/ST act ?

Muslim second marriage registration in special marriage - passport purpose
Dear Sir,
My self private employee. Performed Muslims marriage in 2008 and
NOT REGISTERED in the special marriage, first wife DVC is pending not given Talak to the first wife and not applied for divorce and her name also not included in the passport.
Two years ego, I got married to another Muslim girl with Islamic way. I wish to register the second marriage in special marriage act for the purpose of passport and to include directly second wife name in the passport. Passport office is stating registration of the marriage is compulsory.
my question is
1. in the special marriage registration form there is one question which is to be signed by both husband and wife "HUSBAND IS UNMARRIED/MRRIED/DIVROCED ---?"
As I do not have first wife death certificate (since first wife alive) or divorce decree or talak, can I state that I am unmarried and register the second marriage as if it is first marriage?
2. After signing of the form only, a Muslim will come under the civil law.or his entire life is under civil law?
