I gave a bond to my previous company for 3 years it includes not to join any other competitor company for three years. After completion of 4 years I gave a proper resignation and left the company. But the thing is I didn't receive either proper appointment letter or relieving letter from the company till the date. After a lots of conversation on phone they send an mail for full and finalize amount. They release my payment when I gave a 50/- bond paper which declare not to join another company for two years i,e which already I agreed and signed on bond. Is it legal to give a bond paper to the company. (In that case already they have my signed bond) and even I didn't receive a proper document from the company?? Kindly let me know what to take action ??

Respected Sirs,
This is a query on the rights of married daughter on ancestor and self acquired property.
A married lady has Step Mother. This lady is the daughter of 1st wife to her Father. Her real Mother is no more. Post that, he got married second time, but she too passed away without children. Again he married for third time, however, he do not have any children with his third wife. To conclude, this married lady is the only child to her Father who had 3 wives, but no children to his 2nd and 3rd wife is surviving now.
Her father has two houses one each in B.Lore and Mysore. B.Lore property is a self-acquired one and the Mysore one is the ancestor property which he has acquired through his Father/Grand Father.
He has transferred the rights of Mysore property which is an ancestor property completely to his present wife. (3rd Wife). Now the property is in her name. He has not done this without consent of his only daughter nor has he has given a share in it.
Questions are:
1. Can this lady sue her Father for not providing a share in ancestor property, under the Hindu Succession Act, 2005?
2. Can she sue on the ground of getting STEP MOTHER Treatment? And not doing justice for his daughter.
3. Can she sue her STEP MOTHER for disturbing the love and affection between her and her Father. However, no evidences available to prove this.
4. What are her rights on her father’s self-acquired property of B.Lore?
5. Are there any other grounds/laws under which she can sue her Father and STEP MOTHER?
Kindly help.
Thanks a ton in advance.

One year back I had applied for my daughters birth certificate to the local BMC office in Mumbai. They have spelt the surname wrong. Instead of D'souza they have updated as D''souza. They refused to correct it even though it is their mistake. My and wife's surname is correctly spelt as D'souza. Please advise how to get it changed from the BMC office. Thanks Willie.

Housing society duplicate share certificate issue
Dear Sir/Madam
Seek your advice;
A Member of society has lost Share certificate and applied for duplicate certificate.
Managing committee has verified the society records and share certificate still stands in the name of the applicant in society records.
Public notice has already been given in the newspapers and on society notice board.
Indemnity bond has been requested.
Once the indemnity bond from the member is received can Managing committee issue duplicate certificate? or any other procedures need to be complied with.
