File of complaint

The enquiry officer in the domestic enquiry submitted that i was not working properly without any sufficient valid reasons and support of documents and just favored the management. My query is that can i file complaint before the bar council of India and chief justice of high court against the enquiry officer that on what ground's he have mentioned in the enquiry report that i was not working properly where as for the last 26 years all my ACR are good besides i was also granted special increments due to my work performance. Although i have filed case before the labour court for re-instant of my services and besides this i also want to file complaint/case against the enquiry officer for giving such a statement. Please advice

BC or Chief Justice is siting in office to deal with your petty office inquiry,
Every dispute has its own adjudication mechanism. They have t run the judiciary,not you.
Wait for trial of labour court. if you do not get justice there then approach high court .

It is domestic inquiry, you have to file appeal with the appellate authority as per service rules.

Chief Justice and Bar Council has no role.

I have filed case before Labour commissioner. Since Enquiry Officer got influnced by the management and wrote in the enquiry report that I was not working properly whereas all my ACR are good/very good and I want to drag the enquiry officer too in the case on what grounds he have mentioned in the report that I was not working, after all no employer will pay to employee who is not working as I was granted all my increments regulary besides special increments for my work. Please advice if such enquriy officer can be taught lesson due to which employees are terminated and their family suffers.
