I am a serving soldier of IAF. I alongwith my mother and three sisters are joint owners of the 1 acre land left by my late father. my sister asked me twice for partition of that property in a casual way and being away from home at my job station i could not respond to their demand. Now they have send me a summon to appear before a court in person or through a pleader u/s 26 part VII , rule 1 of CPC and pleaded for charging the cost of suit from me. I am ready for partition but not ready for paying the cost of suit. What shall i do now? pl advise

If someone send the notice in matter of cheque bounce & file the case against him. Summons are send by court but not recieved. Then court declare that person as PO. Can then court grants the bail if person applied for it.

Dear Sir, I want to inquire as to what proceedings could be undertaken by Public Banks in case the whole amount of loan is covered under CGTMSE (Credit Gurantee Trust for Medium and Small Enterprises). The borrower is in the medical equipment manufacturing industry due to unavoidable circumstances the company had to be closed. The loan was granted under msme.Now the bank has moved DRT and is asking the directors for there personal assets details.Please Reply at the earliest..!!! Aanshumaan

I saw an ad on olx for iPhone 6s 64gb,I gave my no. to seller,he sent pics all docs like bill,pics, pan card,driving licence,I checked online warranty and asked him to delete all data and he called up next day on 19.3.16 that he has shipped it via Dtdc now it's Saturday so deposit 31000 in his or his friends account ,I deposited it ,when the mobile didn't come next day I called him up and he didn't receive, at night I tried again, he said next morning I'll receive, next day afternoon we just received empty envelope with rubbish papers in it.I call his no. and tell him what he sent,he disconnected my call and his no. is switched off now.pls help

Hi,
The flat where we stay is 25% in my grandma's name, 25% in my grandpa's name and 50% in my father's name.My grandfather died 7 years back. He has made a will in 1992 to transfer his share in the flat in my father's and my mother's name equally. Probate was not done for this will. Also he has made my mother a nominee in the records of CHS. The legal heir of my grandfather are my father, my grandma, one uncle, 2 aunts, 1 widow and 2 sons of my deceased uncle.
I would like to know the precise procedure to transfer the part of the flat to my mother's and Father's name.

Husband convicted under Section 498 IPC for alleged dowry death, wherein his wife commited sucide ;though sucide is for other reasons.The in law of Husband file case of alleged dowry death .The Husband is booked under dowry case for such sucide of wife.Stays in Jail for 5 years and just released in bail from High Court.In between the in laws file Adoption of minor daughter in Court.Court at place x grants Adoption in favour of in laws saying will remain with in laws till the age 18(major). Father now wants to meet her daughter at present just 8 years twice in a month as daughter is with in laws in place x. Father stays in place Y. Query is on the folowing:
i)In which Court he should move the application(under which section) to Meet her daughter
ii) What are the Court viwes & order in such cases to meet.
ii)Is it possible to challenge the adoption order.

I am working in a PSU. I was due for promotion from Supervisory Grade S2 to Executive Grade E1 w.e.f 01.04.2014.
I was eligible for the same as per existing policy in all respect. The orders for the same could not be issued in time.
Meanwhile in October 2014 I got selected for a post in E2 Grade following process of internal induction.
Orders for promotion from S2 to E1 w.e.f 01.04.2014 was issued in February 2015 but I was not promoted.
My contention is that I should also have been promoted to E1 w.e.f 01.04.2014 till my selection to higher grade i.e on 01.10.2014 but HR wing says since when DPC sat (i.e. in February 2015) you were already in higher grade so DPC did not consider your case.My point being DPC should have considered my case also since it was to consider all eligible candidates as on 01.04.2014.Since I have not been promoted w.e.f 01.04.2014 I have lost an increment of 3%.
kindly advise what should my future course of action and whether DPC is right in not considering my name.

Sir I am buying a property from a seller who is a POA. We are proceeding for registeration.POA name is included in EC cerificate taken in previous year of record.my understanding POA is wholly responsible for sale and he has produced the medical certificate of the owner as he is living. And we are providin money to the POA.pls advise me whether we are proceeding in right way.
