Hello good morning everyone I have a light motor vehicle LMV licence from delhi state. Now i shifted to punjab permanently ,i have decided to start a tourist business ,for that i should have a commercial LTV licence from punjab. If i makes a new learning license , it will take 1 year process to make it commercial. Is there any process to transfer the delhi LMV license to Punjab LTV license ...pls help..

Hi all,
My query is, i want to drive cab i have personal driving licence and applied for commercial licence but as i know it will take 15 days to issue learning commercial licence. And 1-2 months for permanent commercial licence. Now problems is i want ti drive it right now as my financial condition is very worst right now.. I somehow forced to quit my job and now after trying so much do not have any other option.
Please guide me if i can drive with learning commercial licence + permanent personal licence. Or i need to wait till gets permanent commercial licence. Or anyother way out please. Please help..

Sir I recently purchased a property in Maharashtra and the registration process is completed but the stampduty payment was made with some incorrect detail such as the name was written as Mohanraj instead of Mohanlal but the pan no was correctly written and all other details are correct. The agreement also contains correct details.
Is the situation is of worry if yes what is the remedy.

My client was two time loose his case and then he went to high court of jabalpur his case was in motion hearing and then he asket me to put another civil suit.because the property which was in the name of my client from 1953 to 1979.the person who hold the remaining property and the buyer made all the paper of the plot purchased by them including my client property and they said my client was her tenant and two time decision goes wrong so i put another civil suit on the name of that person who sell the land and also make the one to that person also which we already fight in high court. so sugest me what can i do?

I have given blank cheque to my friend in which I have not filled money date and name.I have taken from him only 10000rs and after 1year he bounce my cheque and file case in court after filling 2lakhs in it.how can I got justice.

I had a credit card with sbi bank. In 2007 i had some outstanding. The recover people use to come at my place. As there was no law against these agent, they were very rude and harressed me.i gave them the outstanding in parts. After few years i started getting letter and notice from there legal department about the outstanding. I have no reciept with me that i paid the amount to recovery agents. In 2015 i approached the bank for the sattlement. But they did not gave me any statment about the outstanding and the amount i paid. And they are also not clear about the principle outstanding amount. They are just randomly quoting principle amount and asking me to pay.

I resigned the circle officer post on 7th jan.2016, due to family problem from govt. Of bihar. Today i don't know my resignation accepted or not. I want to join again, without any condition.plz suggest me how i join again.

Sc judgement applicability
Is the Supreme Court judgement in regard to prospective effect of Hindu Succession Amendment Act, 2005 applicable in case of property in West Bengal?
For simplicity, please assume the following.
Mr.A died in 1999. He has 4 children, two sons and two daughters(both of them got married before 1999). Mr. A had a house property in west bengal(covered by dayabhaga) and it has not yet been registered to anybody's name after his death. Whether the daughters have rights on this property? or whether the property belongs to the two sons only?
