My brother has taken the amount and released his rights of properties to the other family members by way of release deed unregistered but deficit stamp duty paid . he did business and lost all the money and properties .his wife filed a suit for the share against the other family members. One decree holder against my brother seeking a exec petition on his share .weather the release deed is can be provided as evidence

Is the unregistered release deed executed by your brother with two witnesses, whether the stamp duty paid or not? if it is executed by your brother, then it may be produced as evidence.

Unregistered relinquishment deed is not legal, yet you should produce it to favor your claim.
