Sir I was called for the post of Postal Assistant 5months back and still they haven't issued me any offer of appointment,meanwhile I was selected as TAx Assistant in CBEC and I am willing to continue in this rather than going for earlier post. My query is that whether I can withdraw from former selection before they issue me offer of appointment?

My daughter in law left my home on 2/6/2013 .My son filed a case for custody of children in District Court Nagpur on June2015 . Now she had filed a case in Chief Judicial Magistrate , Bilaspur on 15-03-2016 against my son , myself ,my wife ,my younger son ,my married daughter under Domestic Violance Section 12 . My younger son was living in Pune for last 10 years and come to Nagpur in August 2015 . My daughter married and living in Nagpur seperately since more than 8 yrs. We ware living in Kamptee and come to Nagpur in August 2015. The case is false and I want to know how to handle the case ? Please quide .Thanking you .

I am a resident of Howrah, West Bengal staying in the same house continuously for 46 years. I am residing in the ground floor of a 2 storied house, the upper floor of the house being occupied by the family of my late elder brother.
My father was the original tenant. On his passing away, my mother became the tenant. On my mother's passing away in 1990, and on being prodded by the landlord, I had agreed to the rent receipt in favour of my late elder brother. However, I have credible evidence, at least upto 2005, that I too was paying half the rent. Further, all my close relatives (all siblings and their progeny will also testify accordingly)
I have documentary proof of living here continuously - ration card, voter card, passport, gas & telephone connection in my name at this address.
What legal recourse I have to prevent legal eviction, if such an eventuality occurs.
Can I take any preventive legal measure to avoid any attempt at surreptitious ex-parte Judgement, as is reportedly arranged, by non-servicing of summons?
I shall be grateful for any response.

sir wife have take efforts and hard work to take residential house. While registering documents both names were included in document. Now there is quarrel between husband and wife with reference to the said property. Both party were leaving seperately from each other.Now wife want to remove her husband name from that property. What is the best way
1) Can husabnd make Gift deed to wife?
2) Can he make release deed in her favour?
3) If husabnd is not ready for such transfer then can court can give such order for transfer?

sir i had given a flat on leave license in pune .agreement was regd and even tenant information form was submitted at concerned police station as per laws of the land.
licensee suddenly passed away during a surgery and his wife is neither vacating the flat (eventhough she is not staying there) nor paying the license fee . we have not recd the license fee for past 5 months and sixmonth has started. deaceaseds elder bother is not ready to settel things as he says it her brother wife who has to take action.pl help
how to proceed further to get the vacant possesion of the flat and dues following the rules.

my mother agd 80 is staying with me in pune .she has a plot in her name in tumkur karnataka. she wants to go GPA in my three sisters name for taking care of the same and dealing with various authorities.
whether Gpa notarised in pune will suffice for this if yes on what value of stamp paper or it has to be regd .if regd whether all my sisters have to be in pune for registering the Gpa .
if this is not possible whether Gpa can be done in bangalore or it has to be done in tumkur itself.

regarding dv case
I do not know where has gone my dv case after my wife dv evidence on 11 Jan 2012. But after dv evidence she filed fir on 12 Jan 2012 of 498a. Then after I m facing 498a case but do not know where is lying dv case. Plz guide me. Thank you
