My case pending before Labour Officer for re-instant. I want to obtain all my ACR record from employer. As the employer is private organisation can I obtain the ACR record through RTI or court. Please advice.

nO, you can not. You can seek the same only during the evidence.

In private sector ACR may be termed as 'Appraisals'.

Usually a copy is for employee.

The scope of RTI may be thru Inspector under Shops & Estbs Act, Labor Inspector............otherwise as already suggested by Mr. Barman, it may be sought.

Are you being represented by a lawyer or a Authorized representative or a union or as party in Person.

Your counsel can advise on what is to be sought.
