Respected experts,
I have filed 498a and Dv against my husband and His parents for their mental and physical harassment 15 months before.Now My husband applied for child custody,where the child is staying with me all these while. Husband didn't bother to see or contact the child even after knowing the school where the child is studying. Maintenance order for the child will be passed in next month and so he is playing all these in intention to harass me as they very well know that I can't live without my son. My son was admitted in hospital on his birthday last sept for 2 days as he was suffering from typhoid fever. I passed this message to him through a common friend,even after knowing that he did not try to see him. Last friday was when he came to see the child 1st,I told my baby to go and talk to his dad,but my son did not even show any interest to see him. Everything happened infront of husband and for that my husband warned me saying that he will snatch the child from me saying that I'm poisoning my sons mind. Please help me!!will he really be able to take my son from me?

I am from Gurgaon India.
In past i worked in three companies(i am naming as X1-First,X2 etc, Y is my current company), I need experience letter from all my ex company then i send request to all Ex-comp. i got letter from X1(first) and x3(last) but X2(located in gurgaon) is not issuing this letter, they are saying i have already issue relieving letter when you left and this is the only format for experience letter, i was requesting experience letter with skills. I send mail to CEO he is stating that this is HR's job they will take care please dont send me mail and HR is neither issuing nor replying.
I want to know what is the correct way to get required letter, i have relieving letter payslips, all the mail chain.
Please advice

Sir / Madam,
i got married in 2013 at registrar office tiruvayar tamil nadu , i belong to Hindu SC caste age 29 and wife hindu pillai BC age 28.
we had one year old female child , my wife not willing to live with me , she is staying with her parent for the past 7 months,
she left our home when our child is 3 months old, right from that time wife is not allowing me to see my daughter at their residence, her parents and my wife not allowing me enter their home .
last one month i had visited in laws house thrice with my parents they abused us with bad words as parayan mentioning our cast
which hurt us at root level
1)i would like to legally bring up this matter to court so that in laws(wife,father in law /mother in law) will be convicted, how should i proceed
complaining to police station regarding their abuse based on SC caste
or directly i should file case in court (under SC ST prevention of Atrocites )
2) how should i get my right to see my daughter every week (through court order /Police)
3) i have no intension of living life with my wife
Please help me.

Sir I am working in Indian railways in Biknaer division nwr and my wife working in delhi metro and my home is also in delhi so how can I apply for interzone tranfer for Delhi and what documents I have give and to whom I have to write application..your suggestions is important for me sir.

I m married. Have two sons. One stepson other 18 months old my son. My wife is working and i m also. And presently out of ststion for govt work and will continue to be outstationed for another 1 year. My wife have duspute withme & my mother. My wife is taking my small child 2 her offc & not giving the baby 2 my mother for caring. Is there ne legal way by which i can force my wife to handover d baby 2 my mother during offc hours only for taking care.

Pl advise property transferred by father through declaration suit and decree is valid when it was omitted to get mutation recorded. After 21 years of declaration and decree one of the family members got registered will signed cleverly of the same property and got mutation done in his favour over part of the property.on the basis of mutation he is claiming ownership and harassing. Pl guide can civil suit be filed on the basis of court decree to get revoked mutation of half share in his favour. Pl guide whether such will is is valid as owner of property has already transferred property through declaration suit and decree. Such will was made after 21 yr from date of decree.

what it means/indicate :-A]the court has issued COURT FEE MEMO-fees paid on line promptly-does it mean the case is accepted /admitted ?
B] does the memo/receipt r to be attested by executors ?
C] does ORIGINAL WILL & and any other Documents [pl list]required to be submitted simultaneously with Court fee Receipt ?

Upper age limit for engaging contract workmen - clarification regarding
Respected All,
Request you to clarify me "What is the Upper age limit for engaging contract Workmen" in manufacturing industry. Ours is a Public sector under taking, I have gone through entire Contract Labour R&A act, 1970 but it has not speks about Upper age limit. In our company above 60 years workmen are working as a contract workmen, how to prevent them for engaging at work, they must take the retired life? They can claim for Pension under EPF?
Kindly suggest? Which law speaks about this matter?
