I've purchased a flat in a Society which was initially ground plus 6 floors with A-D wings. The Builider sought the FSI for the 7th floor of B, C & D wings.
The possession was handed over by the builder in 2012. Till date the Society has not given membership to the 7th floor residents.
Over and above they are seeking an Indemnity Bond from all members. Why should we give an Indemnity Bond?
For what? Tomorrow we give it and they charge a heavy maintenance from us? They can claim anything from us.
They are not making us the members of the society and charging Maintenance since 2011.
I've told them Once you make me a member and issue Share Certificate I'll pay the Maintenance.
They keep on charging heavy interest every month and the bill comes only on the Flat Number(701) and no name is mentioned on the bill.
Please advise in these circumstances "Should we pay the maintenance when the Committee is not giving us membership and not issuing the Share Certificate?
The heavy interest they are levying on us......
Is it okay as per Bye-Laws?

Tenant does not agree to do this reason he gives is high bill which will break his clients
Now he also denies to pay any penalty if applied in future for misuse of govt sources..water electricity.

Dear Sir,
There is a property which my grandfather has bought on his name under pagdi system.
The place was bought 40 years ago. As my father is not there so my grandfather now wants to transfer the name to my brother.
Can I understand the legal implications involved in it. Further do we need to pay any amount to the landlord in case of Name transfer?
Would appreciate if'll I'll get help on the same.

I just need an guidance on a complaint case going on against me in Delhi Court u/s 323
At present the cross examination of the complainant is going on (244 crpc).
Just guide me what is the best appropriate stage to file Discharge application before Charge.
Can accused be discharged before making any Charge on the ground that Same type of Complaint was filed by the complaint earlier also in Jaipur Rajasthan where i appeared but later we settle the matter and even paid the amount settled between us to compromise before the Magistrate.
The story of the complaint is same as before but hide the previous complaint case of Jaipur.
Thanks in advance for your kind guidance.
