we have 6 acres land in Maharashtra which bought by my father before 40 years. We are 3 brothers (including me) and 2 sisters.My father died before 10 years ago.
My sister want their share in agriculture land .Does they have rights to get shares in agriculture property as per Sunni Muslim law?

Daughters have share in the property of their father.

The daughters will get one share while the sons shall get two such equal shares if a proper partition as per Muslim personal law takes place.
