i have filled a private complaint in mm court then after magistrate order for 200 and then 202 for police report after police report which contents prima faci offence made out ,then magistrate again order to police for submitting new report
my Q. is can mm order again to police for filling 202 report

Looking for advice from housing society consultant in Pune
1. Whether society can collect Building Repair Fund from new member for Rs.50000/- in addition to Transfer Fees/Premium of Rs.25000/-.
2. Whether Service Tax is applicable w.e.f 1.7.2012 to Coop. Hsg Society on Monthly Maintenance Charges.
3. Society hold AGM after 14th of Aug due to non avoidable circumstance. Informed to Dy. Registrar on 17 th Aug. for condoning delay. But prior approval Society holds meeting. If, Dy. registrar not granting approval , what will happen?

Builder deamnd black money from client. That is they demand all money in cash which don't have any record from wher it comes and where it goes. But it hampered our economy. Make fraud and headache to client. sir Please guide how to aviod cush cash transaction.?

Good morning expert, i am jatin and want ao ask some solution of my matter, sir i am holding one flat in building, building consist of 12 falt out of which 3 flat is sold including me and other 9 flat is still in possesion of building owner which he had given on rent, now our peoblem is as below 1. The bore of building is dry and giving water so building owner has taken 5000 each from falt owner and he has provide water supply form his bunglow bore which is adjecent to building now he has discontinued water supply. 2. The building ownernhas not even taken meter of building and using our meter for provindening light etc. 3. He his not even helping to transfer name in municipal and electricity dept. Pls suggest what to do?

Good morning sir I'm ayesha from andhrapradesh.Recently my father has expired on January 2016 due to ill health and he was in service. The department has told me that there give me a compassinate job for that there need required certificates.here the problem is I have an elderly brother who is separated from our family last 4 years back when my father was alive.he got govt job and living with his family far away from us.now I and my mother are living alone there is no other way to survive our life,as my father has taken loans and to repay it the department has undertaken the benefits amount.now the thasildar is not issuing me the financial status certificate sir.

Stamp duty on resale flat in thane, maharashtra
Sir, I would like to know what will be the stamp duty of resale flat in thane? please note this flat just bought by seller and he had paid stamp duty at the time of buying and this is just 10 month back, will I get concession on it because stamp duty for same flat is being paid by double in one year of time.
