i purchased a product from online shopping...returned the product as it was defective....the online shopping company failed to refund my amt....nd informing me amt is successfully refunded...i hav all proofs ready tat tey r cheating.....
can i file tis case in consumer court???

May be this would be a basic question, but unfortunately I have no Idea. Hence would request advise.
I am a member of an association registered under Indian trade Union Act. During Registration, The rules, submitted requires election to be held annually. However, Now the current executive body, wants to extend its & all future body's term to 2 years.
My querry is,
1) If the current body's act will be tenable?
2) Do the association need to inform the Registrar about the change and how?

in affidavit of evidence we cannot incorporate anything which is not stated in pleading. However if Opposite Party in his written statement makes certain allegations or deny the allegations made in pleading to counter such argument any new evidence or any evidence to support the case can be incorporated even it is not included in original pleading.

Res. Sir,
I had file a ROR appeal before the SDO under Maharashtra Land REVENUE Code 247.
For cancellation of mutation entry, which is taken by Circle officer on false will deed.on 11/12/2014. But SDO saying delay condonation application file along with Affidavit.
My question is that
As per sec 250 of MLRC limitation is start from the receive or getting copies of which is challenge . can SDO compel me for the same

Dear Experts .I am doing business.one year ago I did agreement with one company of C&f.as per agreement my role was carrying their stock and forward to dealers as per their orders.company appointed two sales person on temporary basis they collects orders from market we supplied material as per orders after four months company couldnot fulfil orders .and not paid salary and expenses to their staff and told to quit the company as a result staff recovers their payments from market and from me.now dealers are not responding for balance payments .in this situation company blaming and asking payments to me and giving notice to me of breach of contract .please advice me how can I responsible for their dues.

Good Evening Sir Sivakumar. E, Age:30 Place: Sengottai (Tirunelveli) Tamilnadu. My ancestors property (Grandfather's father's) was sold to an outsider in 2000 by my father when I was 14 years old. He signed on behalf of me without my knowledge. Then we( my mother, elder sister and me) shifted to Kerala later to Chennai. He died in Chennai in 2013. Last month I met my relatives and they informed about the property. I have collected the survey number and EC. The buyer sold the property in 2007. My father sold the property of 71 cents for 20000 for his debt (without the knowledge of family). My sister is unmarried and converted into Christian. I want the property. Can I get my ancestors property back? Kindly guide me the legal possibilities and procedures..
