Please clarify my queries are follows as
A sale deed executed by son to another person on15.04.96 subsequently another sale deed executed by mother on 03.01.97 same schedule property. Which one is valid. Mother alleged that her son done a fradulent activity.

How can one get copy of complaint filed by other party when the matter is in premelinary stage of investigation. No FIR has been registered.
Secondly, can one file criminal defamation suit against some one filing a false or dismissed complaint filed with the police station on basis of his complaint filed with the police.

Whether a non flat owner e.g. tenant or power of attorney holder can become member of the society. Further whether such person can also become office bearer in the society.

Dear Experts my query is regarding relieving date on my reliving letter.
I was working with an MNC bank in gurgaon which i left on 22nd April 2011 and joined another company on 23 April. When i received the relieving letter from my previous employer the reliving date was mentioned as 23 April and in my full n final they also paid me for 23 April.
I raised the issue with HR and they told me that it can not be corrected. I contacted my manager and he confirmed on email that my last working day was 22 nd April only. I gave it to my new employer and there was no issue.
Now i want to change my job in company X but they are not considering the manger's email confirmation. They want it from HR which make sense. I spoke to HR again(after two years) and they are saying the same thing that it can not be correct.
So what should i do as this issue will remain forever? Do i legally have any option? Where i can get the help from?

Sivakumar. E, Age:30 Place: Sengottai (Tirunelveli) Tamilnadu.My ancestors property (Grandfather's father's) was sold to an outsider in 2000 by my father when I was 14 years old. Hesigned on behalf of me without my knowledge. Then we( my mother, elder sister and me) shifted to Kerala later to Chennai. He died in Chennai in 2013. Last month I met my relatives and they informed about the property. I have collected the survey number and EC. The buyer sold the property in 2007. My father sold the property of 71 cents for 20000 for his debt (without the knowledge of family). My sister is unmarried and converted into Christian. Iwant the property. Can I get my ancestors property back? Kindly guide me the legal possibilities and procedures..

Dear Sir,
We are having open land in Dhule, Maharashtra, on 7/12 there are 4 names including me ( myself, father & sisters). Now we have to remove 3 names. As we are living in Pune, kindly inform where i have to register the hakka sod pathra & what are the document required. Also let me know can i get hakka sode patra, if i get the power of attorney from other members.
