Dear Experts,
Can i gift deed my property to my mother?
What is the better option --> Gift Deed to mother, transfer the property to her name or registration on her name.
My another query is can my wife challenge this transfer/gift deed/registration in court and can court revoke any such transfer or gift deed or registration?

We have bought a plot in 1979 from one land owner who has done a layout and sold as different residential plots in Hyderabad in sy no28,29,30 &44. In 2007 , the original land owner was served notice by the district collector that your land in sy no.30 is falling under ULC (urban land sealing) and Govt of AP will takeover the land. The group of people who the members in this layout put up a case against the govt in Hyd high court, saying "highly illegal, unreasonable, arbitrary, discriminatory unjust, and unconstitutional being vioaltive of principles of natural justice provisions of Section 8 & 9 of the Urban Land Ceiling & Regulation) Act, 1976 Articles 14 and 19 fothe Constitution of India besides being opposed to all canons of equity, justice and fair play" in 2010. I have joined the same group through implead petition.
Now the case status is court issue a "Status quo" oders in 2014 and pending . Now govt has issued some GO and asking public who are having land in ULC category to regularise by paying the some 25% and 50% of the present land rate and with another condition , it should be free from any legal litigations and to be submitted within a month date from 26/05/2016.
I am confused what do , whether to avail this govt. offer and pay and regularise or wait for the court judgement .if I wait I don't know how long it will take , so I am thinking to go for this regularisation offer .
In that case can any expert suggest me what is the procedure , how long it may take time and if there is no nearby hearing in that case also can we approach the court and withdraw from the case.

i would like to ask the question to all lawyer directly, do you misuse LAW if u r a lawyer... not to take it personally but what i have experienced i would like to share it with youll and its real and may be u all can justify it.
this happened in my neighbor hood on 26/05/2016 at 5 pm a bunch kids playing cricket and i was geting ready for Manson clean rooftopof house .a young lady was passing by with her black bag to her house which i knew her very well and she was a lawyer ... suddenly ball hit her bag and she got angry and shouted on kids who through ball on me perperously... as what she was saying ...and went angrily toward kids playing and slapped one kid . other kids ran away leaving this kid alone with her .as i was on rooftop i could hear and see it clearly.. than she called her family and stared scolding the kid, with out hearing that boy .boys mother came runing ,seeing this lawyer lady started shouting call the police he molested me (vinaybhang) the mother reached & all family member surrounded her and boy .she did not even know what happened.and lawyer lady slaped her mother ...i was supprised wht the f... boy is accused and punishment to the mother. not even giving opponent a chance to clarify, lawyer lady gave her judgement order on first appeal. than i reached quickly as possible at that seen & try to resolved it ,that stupid arrogant lawyer lady with attitude pushed me back said who the f**k r u.by the time neighbor started gathering. i got little bit scared and nervous as she is lawyer and lady ,i stayed back ...them neighbor started to take situation in control but lawyer lady used abuse language against neighborS ,boy and mother and ips section that and this ...saying this kid through ball on my chest and watching me lusty way ,changing what she said before..... started yelling i m calling police i m calling police i m lawyer and put u all in jail under this section and that .family member than try to controlled her as she going out of control and took her in thier own house. people asked kid did u do it the kid replied in confidance manner ,jst showed the the ball in his hand and said he did threw any thing on her nor no one did and we never started to play also. it alsmost 6 pm and rain poured, i had to rush to my house to closed open roof top . than i dont know what happen . next morning on 27 i met the kid i asked him did u do it he said why would i do it "confidently". she wanted to take revenge few days back my my mother told information to marriage beirue about her character and their family. mins "shadi ka rista".
what is this people for silly reason u r using lawpower to manhandle , abusing language ,threatening other . since u r lawyer u can do any thing what u like . we r humans and not animal ,i saying this because i was also gone through this .u c law r made to protect but not misuse it . R THIER NO LAW FOR LAWYER FOR MISCONDUCT IN SOCIETY ONLY IN COURTS .
AS WHAT I CAME TO NOTICED THT NO ONE MADE COMPLAINED IN PS OR ANY WERE AGAINST LAWYER LADY BECAUSE THEY WERE SCRAED OF LAW .THAT MINS IF U BECOME LAWYER OR ADVOCATE U ASSUME U CAN CONTROL LAW.NO ORDERNERY PEOPLE CAN FIGHT WITH YOULL AS THEY HAVE NOT KNOWLEDGES OF LAW IN ABOVE CASE .EVEN IF LAWYER MANHANDLEDS ,USED ABUSE LANGUAGE, THREATEN ETC. I M NOT AGAINST ANY LAWYER JST THIS KINDS LAWYER.
IF I M WRONG SOME WERE PLEASE CLARIFY AND JUSTIFY.

CAN A HIGH COURT REMAND BACK THE MATTER TO THE LABOUR COURT IN THE WRIT PETITION AGAINST THE LABOUR COURT AWARD OF REINSTATEMENT WITH FULL BACK WAGES WITHOUT DECIDING THE PENDING 17-B APPLICATION AND REINSTATING THE WORKMAN.
CAN THIS APPLICATION OF 17-B LEFT UNDECIDED BE UTILIZED AGAIN WHILE APPROACHING THE HON'BLE HIGH COURT?

Greeting !
My mother has executed a General POA in my Uncles (Mama) name regarding a parcel of land situated in Hisar district in Haryana.
My mother stays in Kolkata. We want to get the POA registered in kolkata.
Kindly advice me where can I get it registered and what should be the registration and stamp duty cost like.
Also, the documents I should be taking along while going for registry.
The POA has been executed on a 100 Rs stamp paper.

We have 15acres of land with my grandfather name. My father has 3brothers and 6 sisters.totally 10. It's ancestors property, still in my grandfather name. He died in 2007. One if my aunty is asking for equal share in property. She got married in the year 1966. Do she has all rights of asking equal property?
