In my Domestic Violence (DV) case, after 3 years of filing the DV case Complainant (my wife) has submitted only one Evidence Affidavit in the court which is nothing but photo copy of her DV petition.
My Lawyer is saying that there will be cross examination on basis of the affidavit.
Is it as per due process to cross examine based upon just Evidence Affidavit?

A Borrower stays in place X seeks loan from Bank in Place Y. The Properties to be mortgaged are in place X.
Bank Oficial(Place Y) officially go to place X and get all documents executed against the loan at place X. In such documents too place X is mentioned.
Query:
i)In point of view to safeguard Bank`s interest ;is there any legal impediment of having executed the document at place X though Mortgage was to be at place y(Bank)
ii) Can the Borrower later allege that having not gone to place Y ; how my sigantures were taken and mortgage is not proper.
I am Bank`s Advocate and opinion is being seeked from Bank on above two points.

Warm regards to all the experts.
We live in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. We have enmity with a person over a petty issue, he can't take legal action against us because he doesn't have a valid legal case. I had confirmed with the cops (honest talk, not by bribing!), they told me to stop worrying as there is no valid case.
He MAY stand up in the panchayat against us which will be held next week. We are a modern educated family whereas he is an illiterate unemployed guy who takes afeem regularly! In short, we don't believe in panchayats but he does.
NOTE: This won't be a registered/recognized panchayat. Some rich guy will arrange this panchayat (for his own selfish reasons) and call some well-known elders to act as panchs. Other caste members have an option to go their and raise their issues simultaneously.
Hence my queries:
1. Are such panchayat decisions VALID even for cities like Jodhpur?
2. Will/Can the cops go to the panchayat to stop their nuisance? If yes, under which law/section?

I and my girlfriend were in relationship for four years we had promised to marry each other, later her parents came to know about the relationship first they too agreed in front of my father for marriage, but later the girl betrayed me. I want to file a case for damages for breach of promise to marry. The damages claimed is for 10 lakhs will I succeed.

All experts Thasildar have power to partition the property without court decree for dispute cases? Areelse he will issue a endorsement stating that to file a partition suit in civil court. And fake(legal hairs name not mentioned) g-tree submitted for change of khatha to Thasildar Can I file any criminal case against fake g tree. Kindly help me

Sr I M going through trial in dowry case since Jul 2013 ,prosecution is taking maintenance and want to continue case for years and has not produced even single evidence,so how can I quickly dispose of case. wat shud do,

During my divorce proceedings, I want to write a will to pass all my assets to my mother after my death, if it happens before getting divorce, and to make sure nothing goes to my wife.
So, if I write a will showing mother as recipient and in worst case both of us dies together what will happen? Will my assets goes to the Heirs of my mother only? or Will it goes to wife and Heirs of my mother as if no will exists?

Labour court awarded as under
In views of my aforesaid observation and findings, I hold that examining from any angle, the termination of service of the workman, vide letter dated 27-09-1995 Ex MW2/11 cannot upheld.It is illegalwithout holding a proper inquiery. No notice or notice pay was given nor any compensation was paid. The termination is illegal and is setaside. The workman is ordered to be reinstated into the service of the respondent w.e.f. the date of demand notice with continuity of service and with 50% of back wages.
My question is you that which consequential benefits entitled.
I do job in co-op. Sugar Mills, managemednt joined duty but they fix fresh salary without increment of past 21 years and ready arears 50% on basic +DA now my salary is lowest than peon's salary. what can do recived these benefits from management as per award of Labour court.
