taking back of case when girl had already given statement

Under pressure from her family my wife had given statements under sec 164, that she was forcefully raped before marriage and that she had married under force and pressure.
I am being charged for rape, kidnapping and extortion.
Both the parties are ready for compromise, what should be the procedure now. The girl can't divert from her statements as she had confessed under sec 164.
What are the options available?
So that none of the parties suffers anymore.

Registration of my will

I live in Mumbai.1. i'd like clarity on whether my will should be registered by me so that after my demise my children/spouse do not have problem for the transfer of our property which is in joint name.
2. What is the legal implication ( other than for voting rights in the Housing Society and for taxation) of first name or second name during the registration of Property.

Attachment of company property with shareholder rights

Respected experts
I have to execute a decree. Judgment debtors are all shareholders Cum directors in various construction companies having shareholder stake like 10%, 50%, ETC..
none of these construction companies have filed their financial statements before the respective registrar of companies.
I as a decree holder should only attach shares of that share holder and file just garnishee proceedings.. Or do I as a decree holder have legal options to attach the immovable construction projects of those construction companies to the extent of share holder rights along with garnishee proceedings..

Pls advise since a few advocates have been stating that company is a distinct legal entity from share holders due to which company assets cannot be attached...

Thank-you

Can a power of attorney enter into joint property

Hello Sir,

My brother given POA to a person(supporter of my bro) as a custodian to his share in my joint property and my brother went to USA,the said property is parental ancestral property and my mother has passbook and title dead for that land as she is the elder of the family, becuase my father expired, now my mother want to cultivate that land as she don't have other source of income, but now that person(who has taken POA from my brother) is entering into that land and he is asking to stop cultivation as he has POA, is he can able to stop like that with POA?
is anybody who has POA can have right to enter into joint property?or only my brother can enter into that land?
