What is the income criteria for parents to be considered as dependents in haryana?
The case pertains to a medical reimbursement bill of Rs. 30000 of my deceased mother. My father is an ex serviceman with a pension of 10000 on the material date i.e. 13/12/2015, he is still alive.
I am working as a lecturer with the government of Haryana.
I am eligible to claim the bill amount ?

FIR has been registered in 2012. after investigation the police submitted the cancellation report in 2013 in trial court but court sent the case for re-investigation and again in 2014 police submitted the cancellation report but trial court on the request of the complainant send the case for re-investigation in 2016.

Respected sir,
In case only betrothal had been taken place between the bride and bridegroom.... and coming to know that the bride is very cruel in nature (while speaking to the bridegroom through mobile phone, she threatened bride that after marriage, the family members of the bride should take all the decisions after getting nod from her, otherwise she would file dowry harassment case against the bridegroom and his family members) bridegroom's family called the bride's family and stopped the marriage arrangements which was not accepted by the bride's family... later on, bride's family gave complaint against the bridegroom's family under the dowry harassment charges.... in the police inquiry the bride had accepted that she spoke to the bridegroom in the above mentioned manner... but the police officer threatening bridegroom to marry her otherwise he would face dire criminal consequences....
my questions are that:
1) whether the bride's family members can file dowry harassment complaint against the bridegroom and his family members when only betrothal had performed (no marriage had performed)?
2) what is the duty of the police officer investigating the case under dowry harassment charges?
3) Can the police officer compel the bridegroom to marry the bride?
4) what are the consequences that the bridegroom would face in this matter if he did not accept to marry?
5) what action if any can be taken by the bridegroom against the police officer and the bride's family members if in his part he is right?

Sir, i was working as food inspector . An fir was registered but in the fir and in complaints the name of accused was not me. This is a trap case. When the trap party came to my district office (i am posted in block office) and they asked about the person named in complaints. They came to know that there is no such employees in our department. And the complainants realized that the person whom he met was a false one because there was no employee by that name. He told about all these things to the trap party. Now the trap party asked about my residence and forced the complainant to give the tainted money to me in my residence.
After charge sheet was filled, during trial the complainant denied to identity me. He said in his statement that the person whom he met was another one not the accused. He met him in district office not in block Office. He also said that he did not know that the accused was working as food inspector. In his complaints and in charge sheet what the pending work was shown, is also not done by me but by the complainant himself. Despite all these things the trial court has convicted me.
I have not mentioned the case in details. on the basis of the statement of the complainant and fir it clearly established that the person named was not me.
Sir, what should i do? Can i file an appeal under section 482 in high court.

Hi Sir,
I have defaulted in bank loan due to personal problems & bank has sent me d legal notice once to pay d same. Now hv selected for a job at singapore and for d same police verification has to be done. So, my doubt is - Does dis loan default issue can create any problem in the job for singapore in the police verification ?

Our landlord held meeting with tenants regarding redevelopment under 33/7.in meeting he has handed over us irrecovable concern in which its clearly mention that tenants will get 300 sqft and as a tenant we have seen tentative plan which is not shown by him.i asked him why you are mentioning 300 sqft insread of 405 so he answered fanjibel area we cant mentioned in concern when i asked him why irrecovable concern.so he said this is the Mahada format without irrecovable they dont accept.
Then i asked him about tentative plan so he said that is not possible for us bcoz Mahada dont accept one plan we have to face many changes in plans.then i asked him about offer letter in written (what ever you are saying pls give us in writting) but he didnt answer me.so in this case what can i do legally,bcoz all tenants are scared from him and no tenants will accompany with me.
