Transfer of property

before 10 year i purchase residential property in my mothers name through my own earning. my mother and father did not contribute any thing for buying this property.now a days my younger brother & his wife making pressure to transfer 50% share of this property in his own name but my mother & father is not in this favor.and my mother return to this property to me urgently.my younger brother will not appear before any registering authority.how to get back this property from my mother.

Your mother can gift/sell/transfer etc the property to you.

Better get execute a gift deed of that property in favour of you from your mother.

Your mother can gift the property to you, consent / presence of younger brother not required.
