My husband died in a car accident in 2016. i filed a MACT case in 2017. since than my lawyer kept on updating that it would take some time and in 2014 i was asked to pay rs. 1 lac stating that the case to be on board and it would be their case fees. after the payment they said that the judge is changed and so on there were many excuses. Finally when I used a little stronger tone my lawyer started shouting at me stating that "I don't know how to talk to a lawyer and all that blah... even her assistant throw me and my father out. They even threaten to spoil the case. can you please suggest what shall I do now.It had been 9 years since the case is filed and I did not received any Intrim compensation as well.

My name is gaurav, i put up from delhi, in 27th Jan 2016 i got married with my beloved (Love marrige, Arya samaj) afterwards we both got married in front of our relatives & friends,
after few months me and my wife quarrel on some family issue after that i slapped her 5 times, after that she left my house and she started to live with her mother and father, after a day passed i realize my fault and i kinda curse my self that why i slapped her, why i beat, i atonement that why did i hurt her,
then i made a call at her parents the started to shout on me and they replied to me they will never send her back again
now i just wanted to be with her, and i decide that i will never gonna make this mistake again,
so plz guide how can i take her back at my home, she is pragnent also, i am afraid might they will proceed for abortion or divorce
plz help me asap

Dear Team,
I would like to ask you,If any township is having Layout plan which is not having approval and they are selling those plots on the basis of their township Layout,So we can buy those plots or there will be any issue in future?
They are having land registry but not mutation and they will apply mutation at that time of registry. Is this ok or not?

My ex lawyer had taken me to Magistrate's court to record my evidence in a criminal case filed by me against my sister.At that time I had no idea about evidence recording procedure. My lawyer asked me to wait for some time & went to talk to court staff. Thereafter she gave me a computer printout to sign saying this was my recorded evidence. I signed as I trusted my lawyer & evidence text was vaguely OK. Only now I have come to know the fraud done on me by my lawyer as case/evidence has been weakened. What remedy is available?

Our property is trap by our tenants our case was registered in court and we are fiting from since 18 months and now we came to know our lawyer registered a wrong case so we want a lawyer so that our case should be finish as fast as possible and we want advice for this hope u all will help me as fast as possible . Sir i am selected as bank po job.. i was Challaned for helmet ...but i paid the fine in court.. not to police ... now when i applied for this job ..in application form there was a line ..whether any fine/conviction/sentence against you has been awarded by any court of law for any offense ? i answered as no. because i forgot the fine paid by me....now what should i do ..is it serious or is there any solution ..because there will be police verification ..plz sir help me

One of my friend is planning to start a real estate (construction and sales of flats) business in a private limited company format in Maharashtra. In order to attract customers, he is planning to launch a lottery scheme. Customers selected under lottery will get flats at reduced rate.
For participating in lottery, customers will have to pay a non-refundable token amount.
I want to understand what all laws would be required to be complied with under this model of business apart from company law, taxation laws (income tax, VAT, Service Tax etc.), new Real Estate Regulation Act.
Is there any law to be complied with for this lottery scheme in Maharashtra?

UPSC police verification
I cleared upsc combined medical services written test and applied for interview .i had no criminal. Charges on me at me at the time of interview. Application and filled the attestation form with no option against the coloumn regarding criminal case.before that i had complained to police about a person who slapped me and that person mafe a false complain on me by a girl.fir was registered on him. i just knew that a girl had complained on me in polices station but the police did not inform me or call me to p.s. but they came to library and took my signature and told that v had arrested that person and v just came to inform u.later after i sent the attestation form to upsc i received a court summon regarding the girls complaint on me u/s 354a/ 506.so i had to take bail.then i attended interview and got selected.now if there is again police versification if i mention about this ..will there be any problem?please help me ..i would be greatful to you
